Scooter has stopping and slowing down issues

The force and the power is not there when going up a street but not a hill. Coming down the the street to a stop I fell because the scooter completely stopped while tempting to slow down. It completely stopped rather than slowing down to a complete stop.

Got the error code 14 doesn’t work after 3 months. Contacted Segway and they can’t help because they didn’t put the serial number on my product. Segway is garbage

Major security risk. Couldn't activate scooter.

Best Buy doesn't tell you that the Ninebot app is required to activate the scooter beforehand, and that app is currently not approved by the Google Play (Android) app store. You need to be willing to bypass your phone's security to install this app from China. Some of us can't do that because we have sensitive and proprietary info/work on our phones. -- Such a waste of time.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It would be nice scooter if the battery was decent. The battery is junk. It barely goes over 7 miles before it quits. Nowhere near there max range. I doubt anyone gets the max range.
