I purchased this, thinking it was the same as my ES4 but without the extended battery. The unit arrived at my house it great condition, however when I began riding it, I noticed some flaws. The foot brake in the back was missing a screw and the fastener appeared to be broken which I don’t think occurred during shipping - just poor build quality. The ride is very loud - all parts seem to make some noise which I don’t get on my ES4. I’m reluctant to taking it back or contacting Ninebot for repairs as I will most likely have to send it back because Bestbuy doesn’t stock them and then wait a month before getting some resolution. I know things will get worst quickly with this scooter as it appeared to be poorly assembled; but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I wouldn’t recommend this - I think overall the Ninebot brand has severely declined in quality. I don’t think I’ll be getting another one anytime soon. I have so much fun with my scooter. It’s been since sept ‘19. In January I had an issue with the break fender breaking and Segway attempted to help but never followed through on their service and warranty. Now I hope I can make it home every day without a random code going off. Please get geek squad protection. It would have worked wonders if I had it.

Initial impressions are very positive. Scooter seems to be well built and preforms well, top speed and range are better then options from Xiaomi or Swagger. However this is not as good as the Boosted Rev, but if you are looking for a more reasonably priced option, this is definitely the way to go.
