this desk is not only clumsy after putting together , it is for kids and that is not indicated here. even a 5'5'' adult cannot sit on it properly. some wood panels don't fit like the keyboard tray is loose. Not worthy it at all. too exorbitant at $399 .

Found easy to put together . Better quelity than thought would be.

Thi desk was not to hard to put together once I obtained the directions from the company.

I have an odd halfway configuration that leads to my home office, so I needed a desk that I could assemble in the room it was to be used and if you hate exposed wiring, as I do, the desk worked which is why I gave it the three stars. That said, what a nightmare. Forty, (40), individual pieces to assemble plus hundreds of pieces of hardware, you realize as you're taking it out of the box there's no going back, for you'd never be able to return it. One piece was broken so again, there was no going back in the box and I used carpenter's glue to repair. The assembly took six hours. I don't recommend this desk for a man. It's too small and sits too low. The pull out keyboard tray comes down to my knees and is too small the accommodate the keyboard and a mouse. All in all, I'd recommend spending a bit more money and buying a "real" desk, even if you buy a good one used.

I was looking for a replacement desk for a wobbly table I was using because I needed more storage. This desk even has a place to tuck the computer away. Looks great in the room too. It is very sturdy! One word of advice... Build in the room you want in because it is heavy. Enjoy!
