Already paired with Alexa when you get it. Minimal set up Works great Love it

Easy to set up and synch with Alexa. You must set up with the sengled app first, then have Alexa discover your new smart home device. Also, if you have an existing Sengled hub, you will have to manually reset each bulb because they are synched with the included hub. Manually resetting is simple. Plug the bulb into a socket and then turn the switch of and on 10 times until the bulb flashes.

This was a very easy set up with the app on my phone. I was able to easily set a schedule for the lights to go on and off. The when I replaced my WiFi router, the bulbs maintained the schedule I had originally set. I think because of the hub. I have some WiFi outlets with no hub and I needed to delete them and re-add them via their app. A bit of a pain. No so with these bulbs and the uhb.

The bulbs fit my standard sockets. Down loading the app and pairing the bulbs was easy. I have set individual schedules for each bulb and they come on and turn off with no issues. You can dim the bulbs using the app. A great feature in my opinion. The only downside to the app is if your router does not support 2g it will not work. Mine supports 2 and 4 .

I have had these connected for a few days now and they seem to work great. The only minor issue I think I would mention is that it doesn't seem like they dim very accurately. The 5% light seems more like 40%. Other than that, They integrate perfect with Alexa and/or phone control and at the Christmas Eve special, the price was just too hard to beat!!

The convenience of voice activation! The convenience of remote activation! I love being able to turn my lights on and off with Alexa or Google. I can even turn them off and on when I'm away from home by using the Alexa or Google Home apps.

I purchased these lights in a kit with a Google Home. The lights are only a 60w equivalent, so they are not very bright. I use them for when we go on vacation, I can have the lights automatically come on at random times during the evening so it looks like people are still home. I just wish the had come with 100w bulbs. They work well in lamps in smaller rooms.

These lights are a life-saver...I’ve been screwing in my light bulbs to turn them on, because I have no switch to turn my lights on or off. With these bulbs I am able to turn my lights on and off from my phone. I don’t even have to get up! Talk about convenient!! And this was so easy to set up.

Helped me expand my smart lighting through out the house. The hub creates a MESH Network that ties all the other like devices together. Allowed me to extend my control to all rooms, upstairs and downstairs. Creates a scene for enjoying TV or movies in the living room. System expands economically with additional lights.

I was in the market for a programable wifi light bulb kit, and like many others, was first interested in the Phillips Vue product. However, I saw the Sengled Element bulbs at Best Buy, and the kit was significantly cheaper than the Phillips Vue. I figured, I'll test it out and if the Sengled Element bulbs don't work, I'll return them. I've owned the Sengled Element kit for over a month now, and I have already added more bulbs to the original 3 pack kit. Connection to my wifi router was simple, and did not require me to change my router password as another reviewer posted. I own both a Google Assistant and Amazon Echo, and both paired easily to the Sengled Element hub. The voice control from both Google Assistant and Amazon Echo work seamlessly. The Sengled app allows grouping of bulbs, automated on/off timer, and dimmer. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended the Sengled Element bulb kit to family and friends.

These are nothing fancy, but they get the job done. I saw no point in spending almost double the cost for the big name brands, so we went with the Sengled home kit and so far, we love it. Works well with Alexa. Has a dimming feature. We’re able to see the lights up on a timer which is of course helpful when one is away from the home.

The good: has worked without a hitch for months (this review is for the second purchase of the same device), is easy as scanning the bulb with my Apple iPhone camera to add it to the system, gives good strong light (either whiteish or blueish or color spectrum), has a good FAIRLY easy to install, use and modify application for controlling your bulbs. The bad or not so good: I am almost six decades old so technology such as the Sengled app can still trip me up a bit, but having said that I will mention that the little "router" controller has been completely easy to use. I hooked it to my wireless router by Ethernet and set it up with the app and then unplugged it and took it to the guest bedroom to live there and work wirelessly and it has not glitched once in spite of losing power to our house a couple of times and having to reset my cable modem at least once. I have never had to touch it since I first put it in place. Excellent work little device! The best part is that it will control up to fifty bulbs by just scanning the bulb and naming it and screwing it in. I do recommend this device and the bulbs.

These lights work great with app installed on iPhone. No, matter where you are on vacation or just late night getting home. Turn lights on and off in different rooms to keep those thieves guessing if someone is home! Turn on lights so your not walking into a dark home with your hands full!
