No guts

If you let those documents accumulate for a week or two then this one won't do the job. It has an LED on the top to indicate when the motor gets to hot. When that light goes on, the motor stops until it cools down. You can expect that light to come on after only a few minutes of shredding.

Not for large volume shedding at a time

You can not even put 3 pieces of paper at a time since it wrinkles up because the feeding slot is so small, and it jams. Also, it is hard to get the top back on the bucket. If not on perfect, it will not run and it takes time to get it just right. Look for some other shredder if you have large volumes to shred at one time.

Be Careful

Had to unplug and let cool for awhile in between and only shreddeed bank statements, not even the count limit it says you can do.
