Bought it, brought it home, turned it on and it stays on for about 5 seconds before stopping. Battery was supposedly fully charged but turned out to be defective. Read reviews and this appears to be a typical complaint. Returning it in the morning.

The worst hand vac I have ever purchased and I have owned a few in my 80 years. Power is decent for about 5 minutes, after that forget it. The flimsy attachments will not stay in place. The power brush does a decent job, IF you use it within that 5 minutes. You have to wait until the battery runs down and it is dead before you can charge it 6 hours, can't leave it plugged in and charging. What do you do during that 6 hour charge time? I use my B&D cheapo as a backup. For the price, I thought I was getting a good one this time, wrong!

Bought this to clean couch and chairs. Charged it for 3 hours as instructed before usage. It last less than 10 minutes before losing charge. Returned this as it spends more time being charged than being used.

Charged the cordless vaccum as required. Would start out strong , then after around 30 seconds it just died. No power, no suction, no nothing.

Item doesn't do bad at first but after you used it a few times it loses some of the suction and makes really getting pet hair of hard

This is a terrible product! Works for 30seconds to a minute at a time! It's awful!! I will be returning this item!!

Does not suck up anything very disappointed. I hate it. I wasted my money. I bought because it’s a shark and I thought their products were good. Wrong wrong wrong. Horrible

Worked great at first, then after one week, would not hold a charge. Very disappointing. I returned it.

My last one lasted over 10 years and this one lasted 2months

Very disappointing product. Not enough power to do what it describes and a pain to clean and replace filter cartridge.

Broke with in 6 months, terrible suction power and called Shark and they were not helpful.

The vaccum cleaner is weak and the battery dies really fast.

Poor suctioning. The hose keep falling during vac.

The battery life is terrible and only works for 10 minutes at a time if even that.

After reading reviews about this item I decided it wouldn't work for what I needed it for.

This vacuum is probably useful for extremely short-term jobs--but I tried to clean my car with it, and the battery died after about 5 minutes of consecutive use. I had charged the battery the full six hours recommended. For pet hair or some limited use this would be a practical vacuum, but for anything requiring even minimal time, this is not the product. Sixty dollars down the drain.

I fully charged this for 6 hours recommended but vacuum will stop working within 30 seconds. Tried multiple times to charge again with and without base stand and still continues run for more than 30 seconds. Will be returning product.

Never worked properly. Spewed dust and dirt out the vents. Poor design on suction end. Impossible to remove and replace cover over battery compartment. Finally gave up trying to use it. I DO NOT recommend.

I followed the instructions to the letter on fully charging the unit before first use and was shocked that I only got 4 minutes of continuous operation on a full charge. I have only used it twice, because the second time was a repeat of the first....only the second time I just got 3 minutes from this piece of junk.
