    I have had a lot of brands and models out of them all. this was the worst. It leaves a lot of liquid on the floor it does not clean it all up. If you have pets, forget it. this one struggles so much to keep up with cleanin dirt, hair, and urine from tile. i have had to hand wash my floor. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I am going back to Bissell!

    This product kinda sucks. It gets the floors super wet, but doesn’t really clean them. And every time you pull back or vacuum up against another surface, it leaves dirty water all over the floor. Even though I put it through the clean cycle regularly it started to stink, and doesn’t pick up at all like advertised. Doesn’t come close to living up to the Shark brand.

    Suction on brush is the worst, it won't mop well leaves strikes behind. Uses a lot of water whatever you are using it on needs to be straing and even if not it won't clean and it'll just throw dirty water out. Overall not a good product.

    It dosent clean as it should. Then it says is dirty or full and then when i clean it. It starts saying the water and after five seconds it says water and shut off. Not hapoy at all

    The Shark Mop Vac has made cleaning my hardwood floors and small rugs quick and easy. Traditional mopping used to take a significant amount of time due to my bad back, but I'm happy to say those days are gone.
