    We love this little vacuum. So easy to clean up the little crumbs around the kitchen or dirt clods from shoes. And makes cleaning stairways so much easier than dragging out the big vac!

    Item is great when you clean the car or when your dog left some of its fur on the couch cushions. Do not use for heavy duty cleaning. Item is definitely not meant for that.

    After I bought the handvac I followed the instructions on how to initially charge the device. Handvac would not turn on. Ended up having a bad battery pack. Shark sent me a replacement directly to my home at no charge. Getting the old battery pack out was a pain in the butt considering you have to disassemble the entire motor housing to get the wiring terminals disconnected. Since I got it all back together it has worked great. Pretty annoying though for a brand new piece of equipment.

    This little guy goes a great job with my car and picking up kitty litter, but the battery life could be longer. I wish i could just use it plug in once it is dead. Some times I am so close to finishing the job and it dies. Next time ill spend the extra 10-20 for a longer battery. small short jobs it does great.
