This little carpet cleaner is so well designed to not get all nasty when you have to use it on pet messes. Everything that comes into contact with the nasty mess and the gross water that gets sucked up is designed for easy removal and clean up. The rubber brushes handle the hair better. The one attachment with it's own little tank captures the really nasty stuff before it can even go through the rest of the system and the dirty water tank doesn't have any unreachable spot for grime to build up. Also, I used the cleaning product that it included along with the 'oxygen booster' and it erased our most recent stains from a sick dog way better than I can remember from all the other carpet cleaners and spot bots that we've owned and had to throw away because they just get gross in unreachable spots. This Shark StainStriker still looks brand new after I tried 'striking' 2 or 3 stains without using a whole roll of paper towels to pre clean the stain. Maybe that's been the problem. Maybe we've been pressing the stain into the carpet by trying to pick some of it up with paper towels before using the carpet cleaner. All I know is I can't remember seeing a pet stain erase like that. It was impressive.

It’s one of the best investments I have purchased. It is powerful , the different attachments are a bonus. The solutions are great smelling and does the job. It get the dirt, and stains out with ease. The best thing is it does not take much room when you store it away.

Had to replace other brand small cleaner when it stopped spraying. This one has lots of additional fittings for many types of cleaning jobs which is a plus with pets and children. Another plus was the ease of the self cleaning function. Took just minutes to learn to use. Did a great job with the stains we had! Hope it lasts longer than the other brand!

Amazing! I’ve used the BISSELL Carpet Cleaner and this one I feel has so much stronger suction, the steam scrub cleans so easily. I love it!

Over all this is a great portable carpet cleaner. Has done well getting up spots and messes made by kids and pets. If you don't need a lot of suction the self contained attachments is nice to slow for easier cleaning and the hair catch attachment works pretty well to keep pet hair out of the main unit and hose. Has good suction for a portable unit and the attachments do add a good amount of flexibility. Time will tell how long the unit as a whole will last.

I did a ton of research on carpet cleaners and found this one to be the highest rated. I love how long the wand is and having multiple attachments. I have 2 dogs and this is perfect for their messes.

Wonderful product. Removes hard stubborn stains like i’ve never seen. Once pass over a stain and it’s practically gone. Super user friendly and light weight to be able to remove stains everywhere you go! If you have pets or kids this a must!!

This thingworks great! First use was cleaning the suv seats, covered in dog hair and car seat throw aways from the 1 year old. Looks as good as new. Spot cleaned the living room carpet with it too. Glad we bought it. Small size makes it very convenient to use

Exactly what we needed for taking care of all the "accidents" of our furbaby. This is perfect, easy to use and effective.

I have 4 dogs. This cleaner exceeded my expectations. Easy to use, easy to clean. It's compact and lightweight. I've had a couple portable cleaners before and they sucked compared to this.

I had a little green in the past and never understood the hype. The bristles were too rough for a lot of fabrics and the suction wasn't strong enough. This fixes that! The silicone scrubbers are so much better for woven fabrics and the suction is really good once you figure out the right angle. The cleaning solution also does an excellent job. Our couch didn't have many stains, we mostly did this for maintenance, but the couple it did have came right out. We cleaned a large 3-piece sectional and a recliner on only two tanks of water and maybe half the oxy solution. Can't wait to try this on our truck. Only downside is the spray can be hard to control. I like that it's so fine, but it also means you can't really see where it's going. You need to be careful if you're trying to spray a wider area because it's easy for it to go on the floor or places you didn't intend.

Cleaner works as expected. I had a smelly stain on a couch that it washed off in matter of minutes. No satins left, no bad smell. Works wonders around kids and animals. Very convenient, easy to use, small and light enough to carry around. Priced very well when compared with similar products.

This machine has been used initially to clean stained car seats in a 21-year-old vehicle. Possibly coffee or dark soda on tan cloth interior, the machine with patience got 99% of the stains out. I have used other brands, but the ease of changing cleaning heads and this unit overall is far better. I also noticed it really had good suction power that removed even crevice imbedded debris including hair. One with heated water would be nice, but overall... so far so good.

Its easy to use, and to clean. I've used it multiple now. I love its features, I accidentally didn't attach the dirty water container correctly and the machine wouldnt start, (I thought I broke it for a sec) Saved me from causing even a bigger mess. Highly recommend, if you can get it on sale, I would say go for it!

Used on our upholstery couch with 2 cats and 2 dogs. It does a great job with getting stains and removing pet hair and dander. My son has pet dander allergies and it seems ever since we began using this he has had less allergies. Also comes with everything you need to get started. It’s light weight and affordable. Durable and very user friendly.
