Works very well. It is quieter than the old Sharp that i had. Seems to cook food just as fast as the old one too.

Great purchase. Easy button controls. Heat food fast. Good looks on the counter top.

So far, I’ve been very pleased with this Sharp microwave as it’s so much quieter to run and it heats my frozen veggies and other daily items so much faster and evenly than my previous microwave did. It doesn’t have a lot of extra features, but it definitely meets my daily microwave expectations extremely well so far.

A solidly performing microwave with plenty of useful features. One-touch options, add 30 seconds option, low power options and especially the ability to completely turn off the beeping alarm make this an ideal microwave for anyone who can't stand and doesn't need annoying noises to tell them anything. The carousel rotates relatively fast compared to the past microwaves I've had. I'd call that a necessary improvement with these high wattage microwaves, as the faster rotation means it's less likely to create hot spots that will make the food spatter or boil and create a mess. I've had this microwave for almost a month and I have no complaints. I bought it despite the fact that I don't like the kind of door that only opens by pushing a button, but the button here works smoothly and the door swings open fully when it's pressed. Normally, I'd have looked for a less expensive microwave, but the last one I bought only lasted 7 years. I got this for $120 (on sale). My hope is that as a generally higher quality product it will last longer. My experience is that Sharp is a decent brand so it likely will, but only time will tell.

Bought this to replace an older countertop microwave. This one was slightly bigger but also more powerful by 100 watts. The interior is spacious to fit our full size dinner plates. Heats up food quickly with standard preset options for baked potatoes, popcorn, etc. So far it seems sturdy and well built.

Excellent product, it heats very well and what surprises me the most is that it doesn't make any noise, you forget that you are heating something until you hear the beep.

Easy to use, very quiet, good capacity, looks very modern.

This microwave fit perfectly in the spot where I needed it. The controls are easy for these old eyes to see. I like the 30 second instant start to warm up my coffee. I replaced my Cuisinart with this Sharp model because it doesn't have functions I never use for 10 years,

This is the 3rd one of these microwaves I have bought over many years. They do not last as long as some but for the price and the size of it I keep coming back. My husband bought a GE brand that was just a bit bigger than this one but before we even had it a month it made a noise and when he moved it all the way out from under our cabinets it had sucked in and dented itself on the corner and no longer worked. The only reason he had bought it was because it came in white. My last two microwaves had been white. I could not get the Sharp in white this time in store so I went with the stainless color because I knew it was a good microwave. The 1000 wattage is not an issue. It cooks great.

Our microwave went out on us and saw this Microwave was on Sale at Best Buy plus it was what we were looking for. We like the performance of this microwave and the different features that it has. Yes, it does have a short cord on it but for our use here it works out just perfect.

This is a great med. size powerful microwave with all the features one would need. Measure your counter space for a good fit. Sharp is a quality manufacturer. Best Buy is great if you need to return something too, just in case you decide this microwave isn't right for you. I just don't see that happening.

Really inexpensive. Works perfectly. To set custom cook times one has to press 0 first. Twice for times less than a minute. COME ON! It's 2024!

I was hoping this would be exactly like my previous Sharp Carousel Microwave. It is not. It has a side vent, whenever I use it, steam builds up on the door and interior. It gets the job done, but I really don’t like the steam, the side vent or how flimsy the arms of the turntable mechanism are. My previous one just had a small rotating mechanism that nestled into the center of the glass turntable and a removable round plastic circle with rollers on it. I feel my old one was a much better design overall.

My 40 year old microwave finally stopped working and i made a little researchc i chose this one for the look and the specifications, i was very surprised most of the food is hot in 30 seconds. It is very quiet and i am very satisfied with my buy.

Simple and intuitive. We bought this replace out old microwave. Slightly smaller footprint than our old one which is fine since we don't use it a ton. Overall just a solid microwave, quieter than our other one, which has been a nice change of pace.

This is a GREAT microwave. It is works well, perfect wattage, 1000. It is incredibly quiet, in fact, quietest microwave I have ever had. User friendly. I tried many brands (which was so frustrating) before finally realizing this was the best microwave out there. Highly recommend.

This was the second or third SHARP that we brought home in January 2024. They all had issues immediately out of the box. This one had a stuttering turntable from the get-go but it would eventually smooth out after 45 seconds of use so we kept it. We did like how QUICKLY and QUIETLY it cooked and how the beep sounds could be turned off. BUT within just 9 months, power levels could no longer be set and the SHARP would shut down on cook times over 4 minutes. It was dead. It came with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY on parts and labor so I took it in to our local BestBuy store but the people at the service counter refused to replace or repair it because I had not purchased a store warranty. I was told that I would have to deal with the manufacturer and you can imagine how that would play out. Of course the box is long gone. I said - okay recycle it, it's junk. I was told "OH NO - WE DON'T RECYCLE MICROWAVES". I had to lug the big dead brick away. I should have let it sit there on the cart for them to deal with. Extremely disappointed in BestBuy and unlikely to buy there again.

Great product for the price. Very user friendly and sleek looking.
