This is a great microwave, just a note the child proof lock is on as a default. please read how to disable it before you get frostrated at having to unlock it every time you use it. it is a GREAT idea for people to avoid getting burned when you rushing to put dinner on the table.

Purchased this new sharp Microwave to replace my old one. I purchased this because my old microwave lasted 10yrs without a problem. So far, the only problem is the "popcorn cook time" is way too low to cook the full bag. Have to enter manually.

We needed a smaller replacement for our older microwave, and this does a good job of reheating and defrosting food. It's a little loud, but overall a decent unit.

So far so good! The child lock takes a little time to get used to, but I don’t mind it now. I have noticed my popcorn needs a little extra time since the bag comes out half popped, but again it’s just learning a new machine. Overall, I like the look of it, and it was delivered really fast!

first one dented in back... sprung the door. 2nd one dented in the front. Super long wait to pick up at store.... store is not well organized... get it shipped maybe it wont be dented. I put up with 2nd dent cause I don't want to wait on a third unit.... but I'm not happy with best buy!

Fits right in where the old one was. Nice and easy to use.

Plug-in and use out of the box. Rubber on feet prevents movement when opening/closing door. Have used for 1 month and so far so good.
