I am only giving 4 stars to this one because the last one I had went bad on the last day of warranty. I am hoping that this one will last 8 to 10 years like my other ones did.

This thing is amazing, it does everything my old one did but it's so quiet you don't even know it's turned on. It Heats everything faster and more evenly as well. I'll always stick with sharp

My son is unable to open it by just pressing the opening button. I gave 3 stars because it works off an on and I will be heading to the customer service to see how they respond. I will give a further review afterwards

So Quiet I Thought It Was Broken

It is unlike any other microwave I have ever encountered. The Inverter technology completely changes the microwave game! It cooks evenly... Gone are the days of burnt around the edges and still frozen in the middle. On top of that, it is so quiet that the first time that I used it, I thought that I had gotten a defective unit because I couldn't hear it!
