We received the microwave in a timely manner. It was an open box special discount model. The only appearance issue is that the door doesn't line up perfectly. And, that is not an issue for us. The microwave functions perfectly. It is very quiet, as well. It has been a very good purchase.

Good microwave, relatively intuitive and easy to operate, not really much more to say on that front, it does the job it sets out to do. It's also pretty quiet throughout the cooking process as well and the beeping when it finishes isn't overly loud and annoying which is a welcome change from my previous microwave.

The excellent reviews for the Sharp 2.2 cu ft Countertop Microwave certainly influenced our decision to purchase it when we needed a new one. It was extremely easy to set up and start using. The controls are fairly intuitive, the interior is roomy. We love how quiet is when it's running. We would buy it again.

We absolutely LOVE this microwave! We had just bought a Samsung 1100 microwave, only had it for 2 months and absolutely HATED it; it was VERY slow, did not cook food thoroughly, & the timer keys took longer to figure out what to push to start it up & then it STILL didn't heat up what was in the oven & you had to go thru all of that all over again. It's out in the barn now. I happened to be cruisin on the Best Buy website and noticed they had this Sharp (1200) microwave on sale and it is the BEST microwave we have EVER had & we got FREE shipping in 2 days. Just the push of one button & food cooked perfectly EVERY single time & no "redo's" on hitting the buttons over & over again just to heat up food or boil water. Sharp has won us over for a "lifetime," & I ALWAYS buy ALL of my electronics at Bestbuy, because they ALWAYS have the BEST of what I need!

I like that I can connect it with Alexa and have it begin cooking. I like the capacity and easy use features.

Old sharp oven wore out after 15 years. Door mechanism wore out but oven worked fine. So we replaced with new 2.2 cu ft oven. Didn’t necessarily liked the stainless steel but the deal was well it. Absolutely love the oven and also cooks a bit faster.

I got another Sharp because my last one was great and lasted so long. This one is much bigger, which is great. I'm still getting use to hitting time setting before numbers (last one was opposite)...

Very good size, bought this for my parents and they love that it doesn’t make sound when it is on.

Shipping was fast. This unit is very quiet and quick. The only draw back is cooking rice it is a lot different than my old mw (1100 watts). Still adjusting it. Pleased so far hope it lasts for 10 to 12 years.

Excellent product with exceptional options. 1200 watt, more then I need but better than 1000 watt. Easy to use. Reading direction is a must especially if you want maximum usage.

My microwave decided to quit on Christmas Eve! This is the same as the one that I had, that lasted for many years. I think the wattage might be a little bit higher than my old one. It does an excellent job!
