But....I think it takes up so much space compared to others I’ve seen since I bought this one. It has the same capacity as the others on the inside, but the overall width is bigger.

Did notice It does not heat food evenly if try to cook multiple thing at the same time . Two bowls of the same food item one got hot other was warm.

Very Sharp Microwave

It's the most well thought out cabinet microwave available. With the flip out controls it's not necessary to get on your knees to program it like most other drawer microwaves this alone make it a much better design. The other thing that strikes you right away is the lack of handles so you don't have to worry about matching handles with your other kitchen appliances. All in all, I'd say it's a great microwave.

It looks great and doesn't take up counter space. It works like a conventional microwave and not have a rotating tray is not an issue. The food heats up nicely. The controls are easy to use.

Because it was installed below waist level, it was always difficult to use. Enter the Sharp Drawer. Wow, what an improvement! The control panel swings up and out of the front making it easy to see. Items to be heated are simply placed on the flat drawer. No more rotating glass plates to slip off a rotator mechanism. It's quiet, powerful, easy to use and clean. A stylish and impressive kitchen appliance!

Given the location where this is in my kitchen, the countertop hangs over the top of the microwave, making the viewing of the controls a bit cumbersome. The installation guys were GREAT!!!!!!! Pleasant, knowledgable, and competent. They did the removal of the old and install of the new in less than 30 minutes.

The unit fit and was able to cover the entire hole. Performs well not as powerful as ourr old one. Love how it opens. Easy to clean

Under the counter microwave

When you have this microwave installed MAKE SURE TO have it manually adjusted. It wouldn't heat food up. We had to have a Sharp technician come out. It was less than a 5 minute fix. But the inside door has to be taken apart to make the adjust. It has worked perfectly ever since!!

I hate over the stove microwaves, because I want a hood vent for my stove. I don't want to give up counter space to a microwave. I don't want a microwave anywhere else up high so I have to pull hot liquid from above my head. Problem solved, great working, great looking drawer microwave. This is my second kitchen remodel and this is my second drawer microwave. Well worth the extra money.
