For example football games. Close up picture quality great. Audio below average speakers. Could not link wireless bluetooth headphones. With our cable service, which we use primarily, Roku TV controller must first be used to access our cable service and then we switch to the cable service controller to access all of our channels. Extra step somewhat cumbersome. Otherwise easy setup.

Remote not user friendly

Just did not like the remote as there are no numbers and you have to scan through the numbers to find your channels. Too much time to scan from 5 to 500,

Great tv if it wasnt broken

We set it up Christmas eve and got rid of the box (evidence) but unfortunately realized on Christmas day that there is a very fine crack in the tv. You really couldn't see it without picture/color. We called our local best buy the next day and asked if there were any options to rectify the situation and we were very rudely told no. I'm disappointed with Best Buy and their lack of customer service.

Picture is lacking

I couldn't find a color setting that fixed the problem, so I returned the TV. Also, and although it is a personal preference, I prefer the FireTV system over Roku. I'm mainly, though, just disappointed over the picture quality.

Defect/Damaged

I like the smart features but had to return the product. I kept getting a purple horizontal line at the top of the screen. It appears this might have been damaged or a defect. Hopefully it was just the one I purchased and no one else.

I have a large scratch on my screen!

Poor picture

TV Great - Wifi Reception Poor

The wifi reception is very poor and I haven't found a way to enhance wifi reception. However, if you add an external Roku, Apple TV or Firestick, it is much better. Better reception and faster internet. I was looking for an all in one solution, but assumed that this could be a problem. As a TV, it's a 4. As a Roku, it's a 2. Works but barely. Truth!
