On hold for 15 minutes to start. Then, I explain the problem and get told they have to connect me with another assistant. 5 minute wait, then this process gets repeated 5 TIMES. I got mad and just hung up. Luckily I have a friend that could resolve the problem, or I would still be without the use of the TV. Everything has worked fine since then, but their customer service is a not so funny joke designed to make you hang up. For this reason, I would not recommend this product. As for the TV, I have not had any further problems.
