A Geek Squad person came out and was helpful, saying that some sort of board needs to be replaced. Okay, great. But I don't think a product from Best Buy or a company like Sharp should only work for about two months before starting to malfunction. The best solution would've been to send me a new set to replace this one immediately instead of having me go through the whole warranty thing. I'm not a happy camper about any of this. I was looking forward to watching the Super Bowl on this but obviously that's not going to happen.
