Went to compare all TVs available, side by side, THIS one beat out all others hands down !!! The best color, lighting and MOST life-like !!! Bought a 65" for our house about 2 years ago and when my daughter made a women cave (in her finished basement) there was only one TV that my husband said he would go in-half on...... THIS IS THE ONE We love our 65" and have had NO problems with it at all and the price is exceptional compared to all the others with the AQUOS being a 1080 p and smart capabilities ! PS It really is a BEST BUY

crystal clear picture, good sound and easy to set up. the price was great. bought the five year warranty for only 119.00 nice piece of mind.

Tv has been great set up in my room. My spouse and I really really enjoy the claerlity to the picture and the smart tv feature is amazing.

My husband did not want a big TV until our old one went out. We were fortunate that it quit working just when Best Buy had a great sale. We looked at different sets and reviews online, then went to Best Buy to actually look at how the picture and came home with this television. We have been very happy with it. Other flat screen televisions we have seen distorted the picture, but this one is fantastic!

Perfect size and visibility, but the volume is really low

Great picture , Very sharp(no pun) easy setup. I love getting to netflix with just one click. Easy to setup to the internet.

TV was very easy to set up. It was easy to set up my wireless connection to enable to "Smart" features. One problem I have is when I watch Netflix, the quality goes from HD to analog quite often, and the sound cuts out quite a bit during the first 2-3 minutes of the show. This is on every show. When I use my Roku, I do not have this problem, which leads me to believe it is a problem with the TV and not my network. I wish Hulu was an option for the apps on the TV. I use Hulu quite a bit more then Netflix, so to have to use my Roku in addition to the TV apps is quite frustrating.

We purchased this TV as an "open box" deal, so can't complain about the price. The FaceBook portion of the Smart function apparently has been disabled by Sharp. It has multiple USB ports, which is good. The Smart portion of the TV is very convenient.

Sharp tvs are one of the best quality tvs I've seen, I put them second to Sony. The price was right for this size tv.

Has a good picture and was fairly simple to set up. Down side is the sound is not good. Speakers being in the back of set and pointing down make the sound too low a volume. I have to turn the level up to nearly 80% in order to get normal sound level and I do not have a hearing issue. I would however recommend buying due to the price and good picture.

I have the same model in 48" and love it. This 55" tv had too many issues to keep, despite the great price. Most people may not care about this feature, but the IP control was important for me to allow full on/off and volume control via my iPad app. The IP connection was sporadic at best. Strange since the 48" model worked well. Also, this TV just turned itself off on many occasions. The smartTV apps, picture and sound quality were impressive given the price of this TV. If not for the IP issues I would have been very pleased. I was very pleased with BestBuys return policy and they way they handled this. No hassle at all. Pretty much like a Costco return.

I like the TV but it does not stream Hulu or Amazon Prime. Netflix is great and the picture is excellent. Built in Roku would be a nice feature.

Decent TV and picture, only downside is no update for apps. For a Smart TV with internet connectivity I'd expect there to be an update available for the Amazon Prime app for example.

Very pleased, sleek design, lightweight, easy remote. Fits perfectly. Even w/o a sound bar its a great sound.

I really like the tv, it has nice color ,but the volume is only sub par
