Price is right for a "decent" 4k tv

Tv quality is nice but not great . Bought the tv for Under $800 and got good quality, easy to set up, and nice extras (netflix, smart tv features). I have seen a few 4k tvs since in friends homes, and elsewhere that were in the close price range (under $1000) and feel the quality is equal or slighlty better. I would say this tv shines when watching nature programs ( tv shows or programs with natural outdoor settings, etc) and does well with live sports - but really no better than the other 4k tvs in the under $1000 price range. I would say overall, good price point, nice features, and a great "value for the money"... under 1k I would strongly recommend. Ths TV will soon be moved to another room and replaced...just need to do more homework on the right "primary" tv for everyday viewing which includes lots of movies and sports and more.

Been super impressed with Sharp Products. This one is great for my room which has a window behind us on the couch, but this seems to block out any kind of glare. Picture quality is great I sit about 10 feet back from the screen and it just looks "Sharp" and bright. 4 HDMIs that's enough for Direct TV, Blu-Ray Player, Apple TV and a Playstation 4. Everything looks amazingly crisp. Online it's advertised at 850 but I got it the Saturday before Black Friday for 799. Couldn't be happier with it. Even the wife was impressed and she didn't really want a new TV.

I like the TV. The color is nice and Smart features are what I'd expect. The layout of the remote control seems to be a little inconvenient. I find myself hitting the Netflix button a lot when I don't mean to. I would still recommend it as a nice, affordable 4K TV.

This tv is huge- much larger than the one I replaced. The picture is terrific. It's simple to use Netflix. I have tried several times to activate the smart tv features but have been unable to get internet access. I didn't realize it would be a problem when the delivery guys set it up so make sure you have that done before they leave.

Great picture quality, even seems to upscale our cable box output well. I don't seem to have any issue w/the smaller than normal remote, seems to work fine, albeit I don't use it much since I use the cable box remote primarily. The only issue is the quality of the sound which isn't the best, but I believe most flat panel tv's have the same issue. I did purchase a LG soundbar and am very pleased w/it. It. The soundbar volume is controlled thru the fiber optic tv output to the soundbar input. Just shut off the tv internal speakers w/the TV settings. The soundbar senses when the tv is turned on and turns itself on so there's no separate remote needed.

This is a great entry level 4K TV that won't break your bank account. Picture and upscale quality are good. Best bang for the buck especially at the price i purchased it at.

Love this TV. We actually returned another TV for this one. I really like how it has apps like Netflix, Hulu, Spotify and more... The one thing I have trouble with is getting the image to stay the same size when changing channels, but I think that has to do with my cable company. I'm sure there is a setting I haven't figured out yet. Plus, I was super happy that we no longer have a glare on the TV in the afternoon when the sun hits it. Beautiful picture and it puts out pretty good sound too.

Picture quality is supurb. The remote is cheap and buttons don't click easily. Also there seems to be no obvious or intuitive way to download apps to the "smartTV".

We wanted a bigger Television for our large master bedroom. We have a tall boy dresser that is 72" wide. We put it on top of the dresser that is approximately 18 feet from the head of our bed. Even from that distance, it's like being in a theatre. The sound and volume don't get lost in this huge room either. We have a portable fireplace/ heater next to it that makes fan noise, but this TV blows right over the white noise and sounds as good as the surround sound we had with a smaller 1080p TV. My dad was a professional musician and percussion instructor. He used a Sharp sound system in his home studio.

I have a 42 inch Sharp TV. It really has the best picture I had seen. I bought the 55 inch model and it has not disappointed so far, although I have only used it for a few days so that is why I gave it four stars. Anyway so far I am happy. Best by delivery staff set it up within minutes of the delivery.

The picture is really good but my WIFI doesn't always hold with the tv. I've had to reset the tv twice now so it can pick my WIFI back up. My router is in the same room so it's not a deal breaker. All in all, it's well worth the price.

Was surprised to see the quality of the device as compared to others at price range. Picture is clear and crisp, generous size, quick response, sound quality above expected for thin aspect, sufficient component plug ins, installs easy right out of the box. Overall very happy with product.

If you plan to play ANY games on this system, there is a HUGE input lag. If you only watch movies/tv on it, You will be fine, the picture was great and 55" @ 4K for 600 is unbeatable, but absolutely UNPLAYABLE for games.

We had problems with this TV, and it's very likely it was user error. I want to be able to turn my TV on and have it work. If I've paid for a good TV, I expect it to have a good picture. We found that any time you changed the type of program we watched (sports to movie to sitcom) - we also had to adjust the picture settings. And sometimes we had an amazing picture! And sometimes we just couldn't get the settings right and the picture was awful. This is all just too much work for us. I'm pretty useless when it comes to technology. But my husband is not... he's fairly savvy. We both share the same opinion on this TV. We thought we were getting a great deal... but it's not worth the continual trouble. This TV is going back. I would recommend... with a caveat and examples.

This TV was not my first original choice, but the price was right on point. When I got the TV home set up was relatively easy. There was some slight difficulty with setting up the wireless Internet feature. The picture is clear and sharp and the refresh rate is great for gaming.

We love the TV. Hadn't planned on getting something this big or high end, but the price difference between the previous model year and this one were minimal, so we went higher. Love the flexibility with 4 HDMI, 2 USB, ethernet, and coax. Picture is great, and the TV makes a lot of the set up fairly easy. The remote, although it works fine, just seems kind of flimsy and with poor tactile feedback compared to the remote that came with the $60 Roku.

Amazingly crisp picture quality. Older movies do not upscale smoothly but that is understandable. My only suggestion is to buy a soundbar. The speakers on the tv are weak.
