The interface locks up (like Netflix and loses sound) and we are forced to unplug (power off does not resolve issue) the TV to get it to work again.

The picture quality was amazing and the sound off of just the TV was pretty good as well. My ex took the tv when we split up but this was such a good tv that I'm saving for another on.

It comes with one remote and lots of amazing features. You will want to download the firmware updates prior to configuring the set or accessories as post firmware, you'll need to reconfigure. The color is not as solid as the UH model but comes very close.

Clear Picture

The picture is great, and it has good sound if you choose to not use a sound bar or theater system. The processing is very fast. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Well walked into best buy one night Nd saw the floor model on clearance plus open box.. Got it for significally less ! Bought insurance of course.. People have come and watched my tv and end up leaving to upgrade there tvs .. Graphics are just so clear and colors are so vibrant! Def recommend this product! Sound is a bit weak.. But we have it conected to a sound bar so problem fixed!
