If you like Persona 4, you will love this game

The voice acting is fantastic and the soundtrack has been reworked from the DS original. The background and battle music is exceptional as well. Highly recommend to any SMT fan.

Excellent SRPG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SMT has a relatively high learning curve in addition to a somewhat esoteric appeal based on it's Japan-centric setting and themes, so even though this game is the first to have an "easier" difficulty setting, if you're not familiar with the series, you may still have trouble getting through the early battles and understanding what is going on. That said, the game does have an interesting, if rather morbid story, as well as a fun combat system that is ultimately enjoyable once you get the hang of things. I'd recommend it to strategy and rpg fans, even if you've already played the original version of Devil Survivor 2.
