Nice scooter. Built strong and durable. Only issue was that the battery life would die very quickly and it was bought brand new. A short 1 mile trip there and back would already drain it by 1-2 bars, when there’s a range of 25 miles. Logically, each bar should be about 5 miles in this case. Had to exchange it for that reason so I’m hoping it’s different this time. When it arrived the box was a little damaged too.

The keyboard is tactile. It has a satisfying sound while typing and really smooth. Even though the piece that I received was faulty BestBuy did the best to get it replaced. Now I am enjoying using this keyboard.

Great machine but I returned it as the auto grind feature was inconsistent. Upgraded to the Breville Oracle Jet and im much happier. More consistent grind. Worth the upgrade

The m3 macbook air leaves a lot to be desired. The keyboard isn't great and the screen is lackluster. I'll likely return and get the m4 macbook pro.

Fits my average sized hand perfectly with a palm grip. Texturing on both sides feels good and rest of mouse has a nice feel to it also. Buttons placed just right including the “sniper” button and have a quality feel. Mouse wheel one of the best in my collection and ability to free wheel is neat. Lighting on my white version very classy. Second Basilisk, original model still fine, just wanted white and check out improvements.

Great product, very clear. Well manufactured. I would definitely recommend to families and friends.

The only genuine negative about this device that I can say is that you’re forced to use the silk browser. Outside of that, it has been the best eReader I’ve used. Buying or renting books has been beyond seamless and they have such a huge selection of all genres of books. The ability to read manga and graphic novels in color has been an amazing experience. I do miss the ability to use the turn page animation but it doesn’t seem to work on the kindle app anymore. Overall it has been an absolute joy to use and read on with only the most minor of inconveniences.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Product purchased was an open-box, excellent condition PacMan arcade. They shipped it assembled, but with no padding other than some kraft paper in 2 boxes coupled together to make a 5'Hx3'Wx3'D package. It arrived predictably severely damaged beyond usage - see pic of item still in the box with only the end opened, and remember, it's already "assembled". I took it back to my local store, which was an inconvenience considering it was a large package over 5' high @ 100# for a return. The associate apologized and put it in as a return due to damaged in shipping and simply said "UPS cannot get away with that". There was no damage to the outside packaging, whatsoever, it was poorly packaged and I stated this, but I'm sure they will receive an insurance claim on it. It was bought when on sale, but now since it's after the holidays, prices have went back up - so any type of exchange is off the table. The whole experience was a major hassle.

Everything I've bought in Best Buy it's been great, but the most important thing about Best Buy is the great Customer Service, They make everything easy for you.

The good news is the Dyson V11 + is similar but works better than the older V10 Animal it is replacing. It has more power, better battery life and picks up more pet hair. The bad news is after only one week of use the dust bin seal came out. This is apparently a common problem and the bad design doesn't allow it to be reinserted or repaired. After over an hour on chat. Dyson first claimed that this was a wear and tear issue (after 4 vacuums!) and not covered under warranty. After more conversation Dyson can't repair the ring, does not have a replacement bin available, and does not have a replacement vacuum available. The resolution is to wait an unknown time for the replacement part. Luckily Best Buy's customer support is excellent and I was able to exchange the V11 or a new one.

Good earbuds but they dont stay in your ears. Would recommend unless you like the silicone tips.

Pump failed and can be common for this model. After trying to find a solution online, it seems that the problem has been persistent throughout this model. After tuning into iCue software, it won’t even pop up as a connection nor can you update its software.

Good controller good color nice finish still going strong almost 4months later.

Epic failure and breach of trust. I should have read all the reviews. Refurbished items are not even checked by geek squad as the order claims. Comes from outside vendors. My product was obviously broken and missing every part by drone and broken remote. One knob broken off at the screw so none can fit. The other side had no base of the knob as it was totally missing see pictures. I will not trust refurbished again. At around $130 off I got a product I wouldn’t pay $130for. Sad sad

Very disappointed. The watch I received was used. What third party company Best Buy used send the watch in a open box. I didn't bother taking it out the box as I can see it was open.

Be careful if you buy this item open box, it might come attached to someone iCloud, bestbuy does not enforce their policy and then someone else gets a surprise package.

Computer arrived, damaged and replacement has yet to arrive. Has been over two weeks to receive order from the original delivery date.
