Had to use a third-party software to resolve this issue. Which it had been all together in one.

He's a gamer with multiple screens. He was extremely pleased at the surprise from Ohio. It was easy for him to set up and the clarity is impeccable. Thus was a great buy.

Software refuses to run on my pc so i can't update the mic's firmware or mess with the mic's settings. Probably will be returning this for a Rode Mic.
