Had a blue yeti mic in 2021. 2024, upgraded to the shure mv7+ and it was a huge improvement! Its the first time I bought a dynamic mic. Less sensitive to background noises, nice foam windscreen, very high quality, auto level mode, one touch mute, real time de-noiser, digital popper stopper, etc. Overall happy with the mic. And it made my voice sounded really good.

For context I'm coming from an Elgato Wave 3 Pros: - Feels very premium - LED strip is a nice touch for the gamers or for people that need to utilize the function. Personally just nice to have a big red indicator when the mics muted - Ability to tune via Motiv Mix app (this has plenty of room for improvements) - Finally using USB-C - Beginner friendly to use Cons: - expensive especially compared to the Rode USB mic Notes: There's plenty of other options with a lower price point. This never goes on sale, so if you're on a budget I'd look elsewhere. However, I absolutely love the different in sound and build quality jumping from Elgato. I'd recommend this over any other mic on the market given this exact same price point.

So i ordered this and it turned out its a Micro USB not USBC. I was planning in using USB-C for a little until i can get xlr set up. So when you get it be prepared to get a new cable

This is my first shure Microphone I used and I’m not disappointed. Easy to set up. Auto gain controls. Sounds amazing for streaming.

The Shure MV7+ is a good, quality microphone that can connect via USB-C to your computer, or via XLR. I use it regularly for voiceover recording and so far I've been pleased.

Easy to setup, excellent to use! The sound quality of my recordings is now through the roof good. And, with it's USB-C connection, using for phone calls, online meetings, YouTube recordings, etc etc etc are all possible and headache free!

This mic is excellent. The updated “+” version implements a much nicer pop filter! I also love the versatility in having an xlr and a usb input. I usually do a lot of youtube reviews before a big purchase and this mic seemed to be in a sweet spot in terms of value for money.

Amazing mic! Love the original mv7 but this one is awesome , Especially on auto mode makes it easy to use for beginners ! I recorded with the AC on right behind me and you can’t even hear it all you hear is my voice , I’m too lazy to edit audio and this mic makes it easy to just record and post

I got this from my son as he does live gaming. He really truly do love it. I got him this for Christmas and he loves it.

The picture from this product INCLUDING THE ONE THAT SHOWS THE BOX showed this product with a mic stand. That was the expectation. However this item did not come with it. When I called customer service, I was told that I should have read the description… But every picture except for one showed the microphone on the stand. Why would I think for any reason, that this item did not come with the stand? Then when I called Best Buy customer service, I was informed that this microphone stand could not even be sent to me because it was not sold individually. A true product disappointment if I ever had one, causing me to not only have to go out and buy a separate table top microphone stand, but a second one because the one that I purchased was too tall. First time I’ve ever had an issue with Best Buy but supremely disappointing as I needed that product that day. I would still recommend use of this product, because it is the exact product that I wanted, it just did not come the way it was, in my mind, supposed to.
