Sure its fairly expensive, however its WELL worth the price and theres a reason every podcaster and streamer uses it. This is the end game microphone for everyone.

You get what you pay for. Really high quality at a cost but definitely worth the expense. If you have the money, definitely recommend

Previous mic was a hyperX quad cast; it was good but this is an entirely different beast and rightfully so. $400 is not cheap, but hey if you make videos and want to make the "highest quality content and settle for nothing but the best then why not".

The SM7B has such clear audio, its crazy. I used it with a RodeCaster Pro II and came from the AT-2020. It really changed everything and got rid of the reverb and echos I had in previous mics. I went from hating my voice to loving it.

I don't have experience with many other DSLR microphones but this one has been a game changer for me and my experience with singing and voice acting. I wish it would pick up my voice a little better but most of the producers that I have worked with said it sounds great to them

This is one of the kings of all microphones need I say more? Okay I guess I can say a little bit, you absolutely need a mic preamp or a cloud lifter with at lease plus 20 decibel boost to take advantage of this mic... it is a very power hungry mic and needs a lot of gain. But once you get that taken care of it will treat you well the rest of your life. It's built like a tank.

This mic is Dynamic .. The clear consistany is so smooth to the ear. It is budget friendly and proffesional. The mic is very easy to use and I love how my boice sounds when i playback!

I purchased this mic simply because I see it every where and have heard it all over social media. It is absolutely amazing and works great with any audio interface. It is just like any other mic where you do have to tweak it a little bit to get it where you want, but right out the box it sounds great!

Excellent microphone. I purchased with a Wave XLR and cloudlifter. This mic is good if you have knowledge of how to EQ and utilize post processing. I scooped a little bit out of the mids and raised the highs, also activated the presence boost. This mic really does sound amazing and I’ve gotten compliments on it from clients
