    As everyone else has pointed out, this is a barebones box. It contains no memory, processor or storage. Before I purchased, I even asked a question via the website to confirm this device actually contained the processor, memory and storage and was told yes, it does. I think that is the most frustrating part. Sadly, Shuttle is a good manufacturer, but will get a bad rap for Best Buy incorrectly listing this device.

    I bought this PC only to find out it does not include the processor, RAM or SSD like it mentions in the description. When the PC arrived and didn't work, Best Buy was absolutely aweful to work with to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Best Buy lost a customer for life in me.

    Returned item .. initially thought this would make a good desktop computer since it specified an INTEL i7 processor but it wouldn't power up so I returned it after waiting for it to come in from ..I believe China..think it may have been a knock off anyway

    Returning this as it has no memory, processor, etc. Website makes it sound like an awesome machine at an unbelievable price!...and it could be for an extra thousand or so... Best Buy doesn't know what they are selling here...
