My screen keeps jumping. Checked connections everything is connected tight.

Less than 6 months old, always disconnects, unable to bump the desk its on or even type too fast, let alone use as a 'lap'top computer as the slightest movement will disconnect the monitor.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CANNOT REACH ANYONE!! I PLANNED TO TRAVEL WITH THIS AND NOONE AVAILABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT...HAD TO LEAVE IT AT HOME.

Really hard to set up, it’s a good idea but it just didn’t work for me, also it seems very flimsy for the price but I’m sure it’s ok for other people.

Purchased this before the holidays as a gift. Screen never turned on and went through every single recommended troubleshoot and FAQ available, still couldn’t get it to work. Left several voicemails with support at SideTrak and never received a call back. Returning to Best Buy so I can get a refund.

I like the concept of having the second monitor. It definitely made work easier with being able to work with multiple documents. Like another customer said, the connectivity was horrible. I soon realized I had a shortage in the cord. It was brand new and the cord didn't work. I ended up purchasing a thunderbolt chord and it finally worked. At this price point, I shouldn't have had to buy a cord for a new monitor. It is a little loose on the track, so it doesn't stay in place like it should. Overall, it does what I need, but at this price, I am not completely satisfied with the product.

Caused my Lenovo to crash. Please beware of this purchase on certain computer models. The magnets used to attach the slide can react poorly with the operating system. I’m certain I would have loved this had it not temporarily broke my computer. PS, customer service is brutal. Don’t expect a quick response.
