The band's third outing after the departure of Steven Page is also their best. Highlights include the heavy riff-driven arena anthem "Get Back Up" and the infectious "Duct Tape Heart", while somber tracks like "Say What You Want" and the titular "Silverball" demonstrate how the band has developed as musicians over the years.

I have loved BNL since I was in elementary school, but ever since Steven Page left the band they haven't been the same. This album is ok, but not as good as their previous work. It seems like they are drifting more towards inane pop songs rather than interesting stories in their songs. I don't know if this is because they lost one of their main song writers, but it's been a trend on their last couple albums. The song "Get Back Up" sort of talks about this with Ed talking about how they've been through some tough times but are still around. Overall, I'd say this is on par with their album Grinning Streak. Some catchy songs, but nothing memorable. If you're a big fan like me I'd recommend this album, but if you're just getting into the band, listen to their earlier stuff.

Great Barenaked Ladies album. Not as good as 2013's Grinning Streak, but still well done. Plus the extra tracks from the Best Buy exclusive totally make it worth it.

My kids like listening to Barenaked Ladies. This is a good album, but the kids don't like it as much as some of the others.

This is by far their best CD since Steven left. Live they're not the same without him, but this is a great CD!

The one week album should of been thier last. They should stick with jingles.
