It has unlimited text messages that work great, the price is good for one month of usage in the country. Not available for international calls on landlines or mobiles.

This SIM card was supposed to work in any unlocked phone but was not properly advertised as it did not.

Usualy in stock when other stores don't have any. Easy to find and someone is always there to help you if needed

Was advised that it was the right one for my phone but it was Not . I found put when i opened it and tried to install It broke upon touching it. Component ce unglued . I returned for a refund . Never found put if ot worked .

First of all this review pertains to an iPhone 4S (unlocked) AT&T (i.e., GSM) smartphone that was used in Dallas, TX. Simple Mobile does some things right but these are some of the issues I experienced: 1. Terrible customer support as all calls are routed to a Philippines call center in which the support personnel do not have any firsthand knowledge of the service as Simple Mobile does not have the service in the Philippines. When the support personnel doesn’t know the answer they change the question to fit an answer that they know making for a very confusing and drawn out conversation. 2. No Visual Voice mail integrated into iOS like it is with AT&T or T-Mobile. 3. Simple Mobile never did email me a bill. Multiple customer support personnel told me that their systems automatically generated an email every month when the Auto Re-up debited my credit card but it never actually happened. 4. Group text didn’t work like it should in iOS for me. I received each text without the names in the group shown and the text were out of order making it difficult to figure out who said what, when or send a reply text to all. 5. No call waiting (i.e., Calls roll directly to voice mail). I've since moved to H2O Wireless and found the customer support (US based call center) is not great but they offer incredibly low rate plans if you’re willing to put in a little work at the front end getting your smartphone switched over and set up to work on their network.

Great phone and good coverage on all state. Great price and easy to use. Only data connection have problem only on bigger city and main area you will have 3G rest you will just get edge. Also I did I not got mini or micro sim for my mobiles so I Ned to cut it manually

Simple mobile is great, i have reception where in place i would not even think of. Only 1 problem you can not send picture messages! However iphone to iphone via wifi pic sending is no problem. Who cares there are apps for that! Great low monthly price ranges for you to choose, NO drop calls, international calls and tex are included in the price! I travel ofter and I have no problems. Make the switch and stop waisting money.

Worked for 1 hour and then stopped! They won’t refund because the T’s and C’s say no refunds. Would not recommend, don’t use this company, seems a bit like a scam to sell you a product that doesn’t work and then refuse refunds.

I experienced the same problem as Chey2012; Simple Mobile erred when activating my SIM and was unable to port my number. Further, they entirely mishandled the situation when I contacted customer service. It actually got to the point where I deemed it easier to inform all my contacts of my new number rather than continue working with Simple Mobile to correct the problem and get my longstanding phone number ported over. The three conversations I had with Simple Mobile's customer service were quite laborious because not one of the customer service representatives that I spoke to was able to speak English at a functional level. Unlike other carriers, activating your SIM with the intent of porting your number cannot be done via a web form; you must contact their customer service via phone (this suggests that something is lacking in their technology infrastructure). Overall this was a very poor experience.
