We've had this installed for about a year now. Easy install (though one door/window sensor was tricky). It's been reliable and works fairly well. The kit had base, motion sensors, door/window sensors, fire alarm, & panic button. We added more sensors and a second keypad for the back door. Sometimes status changes don't reach the backdoor keypad when its batteries are low. One complaint we have is that monthly monitoring of ~$25 is required to use the phone app (Monitoring w/o app access is ~$15). But considering what the phone app does, we think the monthly cost should be lower. But over all it gives us peace of mind.

Did a lot of reviews, came back always is a really good product. Would strongly recommend to a friend. Hope you'll never need, but if I do it'll work. So easy to set up.

It was the easiest thing I've installed all year and maybe this decade. Really, efficient and well worth the money. I am shutting down my ADT System and making the switch. How can I not, when it's proven to be Owesome!

This security system literally only took me 15 mins to set up and was working very quickly (no ADT hassle). Also it is very easy to order more sensors from their website and add it to your home security system. Overall security wise it is just as good as other systems (if not better due to their cellular hub) but costs around half the price, and the customer support is pretty good. Only issue is that the sensors are a little bigger than other companies and don't look that great (but thats not a big deal :)

decent price and easy to install and replace components without an expensive service call. Monitoring service beats my former companies, Vivint and ADT.

This system is well designed, adaptable, easy to manage, quick and easy to install, technologically savvy, and I can't imagine using a different system. It took 15 min to set up, no tools, very simple! It has its own battery that lists forever, and communicates to monitoring station with its own cell service. It works if the house has no power, if the internet is down, it's independent of the house! I am notified about alarms, any system problems on my phone. The battery was low on the smoke detector and my phone alerted me. We have as small dog but no false alarms. It's sensitive for movement otherwise, has standard door/window sensors, motion sensor, glass break sensor, added the camera which works very well... And automatically turns on when there is an event, even when someone comes home! It records these events. If watched the recording after alerted that system was turned off to make sure who it was, and who they were with. I can't recommended this any higher. Simply excellent.

This is by far the best alarm panel installation I have had ever! It works right out of the box without having to do any complex pairing or programming. The USB stick that comes with it allowed me to do all the programming from my laptop as I setup the devices around the house. Once I was done, it loaded the programming onto the usb key, then I just stick it into the home base. It automatically downloaded and presto, I was up and running. This is so simple anyone having a massive blonde moment could still figure it out.

Make sure you check cell coverage with T-MOBILE before you order. If no T-MOBILE coverage, check Verizon (they have a Verizon module but you must call company directly to get that). If no Verizon coverage you need a land line for monitoring. Also the $14 or so monitoring fee they quote is a BASE package. If you want text and email alerts it's about $21. That is not easily found in disclosures. Monitoring is EXCELLENT with very fast call response. No contract required.

Very easy to set up, there is only one problem (for me) and that is when you set the alarm you hear the voice saying "please exit" and the beeps counting down. But when you come home there is nothing but a faint beep until you shut it off or set off the alarm. (which we did a couple times by not hearing the alarm and basically forgetting it was set up) Other than that one simple thing it is amazing. With an alarm system this simple, it gives everyone the opportunity to feel safe and secure whether you are at home or not.

I have been hearing commercials on the radio regarding Simplisafe Home Security Systems. I have actually researched them online previously as well. I was extremely happy to see that Best Buy now carries them! Set up is so easy & I am happy my home is secure.

This really is a great product, there are lots of features and you can order more components that are not included in the package such as window break sensors. I was able to install and test each component in about 30 min. Activation and getting the app squared away took about another 30 min. It works very well.

These days security systems are so expensive. I was looking a dependable solution in reasonable price. I got that in Simplisafe. It is very easy to install and work with

Love that there is no charge (unless you choose) to have this security system to protect the home. It is very east to set up and install. Took about 20-30 minutes in total.

I really like this product and am very satisfied with it to this point. I am very pleased that I finally went ahead and purchased it. Installion was simple and painless.

Super easy to setup and connect to the monthly service. Able to work a lot of the controls via my smartphone. Way better and cheaper than the competitors.

Works as advertised. Have one keypad issue and company to send replacement 2 day shipping. Was able to use keychain remote to turn off/on system and have txt feature as well as app for system status updates. T mobile wireless connection works very fast. Online site allows updating and naming sensors extremely easy. The "Defend" package has all the sensor/motion sensors I needed plus smoke detector. May add glass breakage sensors to 2 rooms and possible extra keypad for basement. Then the security system will have about everything I could want.

I love that the system does not come with a contract like ADT. I was able to set up the alarm by following the directions. I had to get a local alarm permit from my local police department The customer services was great to help get start. Good product to get start.

Great product. Works perfect and very affordable. My only issue is that it looks a little outdated. But otherwise it's perfect.
