First one direct from SimpliSafe works great. This one has been finicky. It didn’t work straight out. Got it to work and just moved on. Moved to a new house, again it’s giving me problems. Should have just returned from the start. For the price these things should be of better quality.

Simpli Safe Monitor - Good

I use a second Motion Sensor to protect the basement escape window becasue it can easily be set in the at home mode. Every thing SimpiSafe has said about this product has proven to be true. My only critism of SimliSafe is the instructions are sparse. Thier customer service is very helpful.

A Good Sensor

We recently moved and just brought our system with us. Hubs had it up and running again in less than 20 min. The new house is a little bigger, so he wanted some extra sensors for the downstairs bedroom. So thankful to just go to our local Best Buy to pick them up. Same price as with SimpliSafe online and you get them same day. Adding it was seamless.
