Was hesitant to get my already purchased sub woofer installed since I bought it elsewhere. Had no problem although I had the wrong cables, so the install was more than I expected

Fantastic service by your technicians that was very knowledgeable

My sunwoofer was broken during installation and even though I was present, I was not notified until after the install was done and was made to buy a replacement piece from best buy and I never saw the "broken part". I was not allowed to talk to a manager and when I tried calling multiple times it always went to voicemail and after leaving a message I have not heard back.

This is great, you can bring your car to the install bay and they will install any sound stuff on your car with this yearly membership.
