I needed a set to have my Sirius radio in a rental truck for a 700+ mile trip for relocation. I ordered online and picked up in store (love that!). What is to say about a car dock for a satellite radio? The only problem I had was the antenna cable connection is not as tight and the radio would occasionally enter into the "acquiring signal" mode. Nut in a moving truck that bounces, that may be a bit more bouncy than a car...still should not have had that problem, so only 3 stars.

This kit has the radio dock, vehicle power cord, antenna and several mounting options. I have purchased three of these kits for installation in a number of my vehicles as I hate radio commercials.

this is a great product for moving Sirius radio between vehicles. sounds is good when using auxiliary plug in sound system, also works good on fm station setting. placing the bracket can be awkward sticking out of the dash and reading information on radio

One subscription and able to listen to your Sirius in a second vehicle it.

Always enjoy satellite radio over commercial radio any time. Nice to not have the interruption of commercials and I really enjoy the trivia the DJ's offer throughout the broadcast.

I bought this to put in a second car so I could move my receiver back and forth. It works great and comes with everything you need to install.

Purchased item and looked in box in my car. The dc plug wire was broken. Went back in the store and exchanged - that was great! Next one was ok, but found it does not fit my Sirius receiver from 2007.

I have been 100% satisfied with this unit. It will notify you of police in plenty of time slow down. Has kept me from many tickets.

this was a replacement for one that wore out.i have been with sirius for many years.the equpment is junk and i have replaced every part many times.it is nice to be able to get these parts through best buy.

I own four of these vehicle kits: 3 in cars and one in a boat. I've moved my Sirius receiver among the cars for 2-3 years and just had the boat installed this season. I love the fact that I only have to pay one subscription to Sirius (I actually have a lifetime subscription prepaid, so no monthly payments!) and yet I can listen to it in whatever vehicle I'm driving on a particular day. I've had all of the units installed by Besy Buy and only had minor trouble with one, which was the installers fault and was fixed quickly for free when I brought the vehicle back. Since I move my receiver 3-5 times per week, I keep expecting something to go wrong with the connections or something breaking. So far, so good. Everything continues to work perfectly. (Knock on wood.)

This item should cost around $35 in my opinion, but if you need it, I guess the $60 has to be shelled out if you want your sirius installed properly. The unit works great with my Starmate 5. The mount itself is a poor design for those who want it to sit flush on your vehicle's dashboard. There's virtually no way to apply double sided tape to it without using one of the cheaply made accessory mounts. The best buy rep actually wanted to drill holes and put screws in my dash board! NO THANKS!

I bought this to have a radio in my work truck. It works with my Starmate 8 even though that is not one of the radios listed as one this kit works with. I called Sirius and with my subcribers discount it wa still cheaper at Best Buy. It arrived promptly and the price included free shipping. The kit comes with everything you need. I've also seen this kit advertised on other sites for up to $50 and some don't include the window mount. The best thing about this is it includes the window mount. That was the most important item in this kit to me.

Sirius needs to get better quality radios and equipment for their company. Even though this item did what I wanted it to, I went ahead and bought the stuff needed to hide the Sirius radio from sight and used my satellite ready radio instead. Nothing from Sirius that mounts the radio to the car works well. The features on the radios are great, but not if the equipment holding it fails

Can move the radio from one car to the next. The number pad plays the music from that year. Example #4 pad plays forties music, #5 pad plays the fifties and so on.

The work was done in a timely manner by a friendly, pleasant and professional employee of Best Buy. I am very pleased with the professional look of the docking device in my car. The position on the dash where it was placed also allows me to easily operate the Sirius radio when it is on the docking port (change stations, turn on and off, etc.) without obscuring any of my other illuminated auto displays.
