Chris did an excellent install and fast. Actually exceeded my expectations. Hauled of the old TV, Wore booties and a mask the whole time. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Was very impressed with the technician from Best Buy's Geek Squad. Clinton had my TV mounted on the living room wall above the fireplace in no time. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable. He measured the area and even cleaned up as he drilled the area. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have their tv mounted because he knew ahead of time what was needed for the job. So everything had been purchased in advance. Clinton absolutely knows what he's doing and is an asset to Best Buy.

Sam and Chris were excellent to work with. The gave us great suggestions and listened to our desires. They connected all the existing built-in speakers and set up the surround sound. They connected a echo dot to the receiver to allow us to easily stream music throughout the house. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Outstanding work by Geek Squad. Hung two TVs, installed Sonos Dream and bracket. Everything looks great. Technicians were excellent (shout out to Manny in Pam Desert, CA). Second time I've used Geek Squad for TV and Sono installation. Both times they did exceptional work. I'd recommend them for sure.

The agents were on time and fully connected all built in speakers to new receiver. They were very kind and helpful as they explained what they were doing through the installation.

I was very pleased with Stephanie and Darius, very pleasant team it was like having Batman and robin in my living room they work well together very professional the job was short and sweet, they protected my property they completed the installation was very smooth and they clean after the job was done. This TV was an upgrade, they took their time educating me with the new TV I felt comfortable by the time they left.

Chris who was my tech absolutely is a genius, he explained everything to me and made a difficult situation easy by resolving all the issues we were having with our cable, he hung our TV and all the cords and ugly boxes disappeared, love love love the geek squad!!!
