They did a great job mounting my TV to the wall in my bedroom. And they were very friendly and professional.

Tim and his partner did a fantastic job installing our tv and soundbar to the wall and set up our equipment flawlessly into our new tv console. They also showed us how to navigate through the smart tv functions. It was an excellent experience!!! Thank you guys!!!

This was a most crazy experience. I believe it took the geek squad 17 man hours to mount my tv. Seven different geek squad employees. All this occurred because Ryan did not inspect the site he insisted on a phone call instead of in person. Then he sent out technicians with very little experience. After two hours they called for back up three more came and after 1.5 more hours the tv sat on the mantle with numerous holes in the dry wall. Two days later three geek squad tech came one man named Eric knew how to do this so 1.5 hours later it is mounted and looks great. He patched all the holes and promised the wall will be professionally fixed as soon as their insurance oks it. Everyone who came to help were very nice and tried to the best of their ability but I’m thinking a simple on site observation would have made this job a lot easier and more successful. That was what the salesman in the store had made me believe was suppose to happen.
