The Geek Squad Tyler and Alonso were professional, helpful, did an excellent job doing the installation of the router and air antenna. They took the time to make sure that all the equipment and our TVs, internet, and printers were working to our satisfaction. They did an Awesome job. Also tested another air antenna for the garage TV and determined that one like in the house might work better. They are setting up an install appointment for that antenna. Very happy with the Geek Squad efforts to make customers happy. Thank You!

Consultation regarding getting rid of Cable TV (mediacom) and how to get YouTube TV on multiple TVs. Knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't realize that a TV with a Control 4 system (to connect TV, installed speaker system, and DVD player) would not work with Google ChromeCast. But that is understandable.

I bought a TV from KJ out of Best Buy at The Greenbrier Mall Chesapeake Virginia. bought a 50 TCL. Kj walk me through the process and told me the difference between the televisions more bang for my buck so to speak very pleased with the customer service here thank you KJ......

Assif and Frank did a great job mounting my TV to the wall, their customer service was wonderful. And they were clean, I don’t allow anyone in the home with shoes on they even had shoes for that. Very respectful young men and got the job done in a timely manner.

Kory with the K saved the day yet again! He was instructing a teammate on how to properly do something, I walked up asked where the Oculus headsets were he not only sold me one he helped me finance one with my new Best Buy visa credit card!! Kory Dah GOAT!

Geordy was excellent in choosing the right speaker solutions and screen for our house. He follows up with his commitments and was also able to expedite the installation when the screen arrived on time. Definitely a 5 star service by Geordy. Also Jeff and Coreene did an excellent job on the installation of the speakers and av receivers. The projector sent to me was defective but Geordy is able to get the return processed and hopefully get the replacement soon. I wish the chat support and phone support show half the ownership that this team showed. With phone and chat support getting to return my projector and set up a replacement was a hassle.

First and foremost the Geek Squad was very knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. The Geek squad did a variety of things for me including mounting an 85 inch TV, installing two sound bars, hooking up my home theater (turn table, receiver, cd player, and woofer) to seven existing wall speakers & rerouting wires in a closet. Overall, my system has a nice clean look. Job well done!

Edgar did a great job on the installation. They were able to run the HDMI cable through the ceiling from the screen to the projector despite the lack of a conduit. External contractors had quoted me $400 just for that installation. There was a small issue in the receiver post installation that I was able to speak with Edgar and get a resolution on the very next day. Great job by an expert and accessible team.

John, my Geek Squad technician was very efficient, he showed up on time, he called a couple of days prior to my appointment, to introduce himself & confirm scheduling. I am completely satisfied with the Geek Squad service. John, my tech, was very professional, courteous, and he was respectful of my home. He showed up wearing a face mask, and shoe coverings. He also extended himself regarding old or new issues that may emerge in the future, or simply to purchase new products or services. He's someone that I will certainly call again, and recommend to my friends. Most importantly, he repaired my device.

A senior citizen, I explained to my Geek Squad service provider, Brandon, that I really appreciated his help. In my earlier days, I was able to install and set up my entertainment system devices myself. But now, I just don't bend and reach well enough to do things like moving components and connecting wires. Brandon did an excellent job in modifying my system as needed and then educating me about its operation. I most certainly would seek his help again.

I got my touchscreen radio and speakers installed in my 08 Camry it was an amazing experience Alfredo was the nicest person and he made sure i was handled the best way i recommended my friends to see him and get their carplay installed he also did my mom’s car
