This is a great new adventure. Probably the best of the series. My only downside is that the vehicles are yet more toys that my kids and I want to fully play the game.

My 5 year old loves it, especially the racing. The older Skylanders games has more interesting enemies so I took off a star for lack of creativity.

A little disappointed in the newest version of the game. The game itself is great but the Power Portal DOES NOT light up. I thought it was broken till I went on Google and found that NONE of them light up. All of them have previously done this and I am not sure why the decided to change it this time. Disappointing but was not a deal breaker.

My son absolutely loved it but I find it kind of annoying that you have to be going back and forth changing and swapping characters from the portal, besides that I have no problems with this game . It was absolutely awesome .

My Son Loves This Game. He has every skylanders series this one is by far the best one to date. It also has online gameplay which is awesome .

My nephew loves this game. It's fun for him to use the physical characters and the portal, and when we stop he can still play with the actual toy.

My kids have always wanted the dark edition but since it cost more we never purchased it. Well since the new one is about to come out the price was awesome and I surprised my kids with it. They were so surprised! Now we have an extra portal and disc too.

Expansion itself is very intertaining. Driving part takes some time to master.

I was kind of delay in buying the supercharger for my daughter because she is not too excited about racing. I came across this dark edition (which is hard to find) when I go the Best Buy one day, and decide to try it. It was a great game and my daughter and me had a great time with this game. I am amazed with all the imagination from the game maker. We thought there were a lot of racing and not as a typical skylanders game. We were wrong and this game is really fun even the kid does not like racing that much. I am glad that I bought it, otherwise I would not know what I missed.

Kids have all the previous Skylander series, but last year, we decided to skip it since we have so many Skylanders and didn't want to add more to the collection at full price. Now a game year later... I've purchased (due to price drop) and it's great. May just start collecting again and just be a year behind. We have sufficient older Skylanders (actually all of them) that we really don't need to buy more to enjoy this game. May just buy a few vehicles this coming holiday to add more variety to the game.. but overall game is worth it.
