Decent PC for the price. The specific one I got didn’t work, it would keep shutting itself down and the only solution I was given was to return it. I’m sure it was just bad luck on my end getting one of probably few that wasn’t inspected properly, but I don’t think the chance of having to deal with this headache, especially when ordering online, is worth the $100 or $200 you’d save by not getting a PC from a reputable brand lime HP (Omen) or Dell (Alienware) instead. Spend the extra couple hundred bucks if you can. If not, just beware

Great PC for the price! I had a few problems in the beginning, could have totally been my fault not too sure on that one though. But its been about 3ish weeks since that problem and I haven't had any issues since, works great at running Ark Survival Evolved at max settings with around 100fps.

Nice machine for the price. I bought two and had to return one. However, I had no issues with replacement process. I’ve had them both for over a month and they are working just fine.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life, constant OS issues and bugs, poor quality control. Thanks for wasting $1000.

This is a Must by for any serious gamer. Not only is it fast but it also can handle the most labor intensive games without even breaking a sweat (if it can sweat) I play multiple games with my graphics turned all the way up and have no issues with lag! No screen tearing or input latency whatsoever!

When opened out of box, glitched and never worked. Had to return and spend more money on a different one
