For what it is, it's great. I had no issues with packaging, set up, or anything else. My only real criticism is that we are reaching a point where a singular terabyte of storage just simply isn't that much anymore. Even if it *is* an NVME, which means it is fast storage, the quantity just isn't much. You may want to buy your own SSD's or hard drives to add to it.

This PC delivers excellent performance, running almost any game or software smoothly at high FPS. The included keyboard and mouse are a nice bonus.

This PC has been excellent so far. It runs modern games smoothly on high settings with no lag, and multitasking is fast thanks to the Ryzen 7 and 32GB of memory. The 1TB NVMe SSD makes boot times and loading screens very quick. The case looks clean and premium, and airflow has been solid during long gaming sessions. Setup was easy right out of the box. Overall, this is a very powerful and reliable gaming desktop that feels well worth the money.

I got a computer that was built in July that already has glue on its motherboard as of purchase in November? Experts say it can be good or bad to the health of the computer, but it’s weird that my brand new pc needs components to be glued together being 3-5 months old. Tried to open a support ticket (given 1-2 business days response window upon confirmation of the ticket submission) and heard on day 3.5 with no apologies for the delay that I needed to check what was connected where. My research online had already told me enough to unplug all unnecessary usb devices to run in safe mode. AMD Graphics card could not be updated and software was unresponsive leading to a black screen and “brand new” pc unable to run BIOS. All signs point to a failed graphics card. I will be returning this obviously defective product. I should have done my research more and stuck with NVIDIA, but I trusted Skytech based on my wonderful Archangel model. The slip they include says things like it has been tested 7/12/25 “to ensure that it will perform as well as we would want our own machines to” and in no way can I see anyone wanting to have this experience day 1 with their gaming PC. When it did run it definitely downloaded games in record time, but it played them like a stop motion film I could feel it clunking along. Had it worked, I’m sure I would have received my money’s worth but this experience has left a rotten taste in my mouth. This is the kind of experience that tests your loyalty to companies and brands, and mine has been lacking. Yes I could have called support, if I did not have a job M-F 9-5 at the same time as support hours if I wanted it to be urgent. Yes I could have waited to write a review to see if this can be fixed first. At the same time I invested a good amount of money for something that should work day 1 out of the box with minimal download, not 7-10 hours of research/troubleshooting while waiting for support to come through.

Exactly as I wanted it, very good attention and arrived earlier than expected

The parts that I got in my pc were not the same parts that were in the display pc. The psu was very cheap and didn’t have a rating on it which is very suspicious. The Psu isn’t modular and all the cables were left in a clumped mess in the back of the pc. The motherboard was a micro atx motherboard even though the case is big, there were only 2 m.2 slots. Motherboard and gpu cables were super glued together making upgrades impossible. The fans are extremely loud even after tuning fan curves in the bios. They’re very loud even when idle. I contacted SkyTech to get a parts list and the parts I got weren’t even the same parts on the list. I wouldn’t recommend this pc. I ended up returning this pc and building a much better one myself instead for the same price.

Super fast and responsive, so much customization with the lights and software preloaded on the pc.

The model number i got was not the same as whats listed. The computer I received looks nothing like what i was expecting. The motherboard is not the same. When i look up the motherboard in the setting it says its the one in the picture however IT IS NOT the same motherboard. I feel as though I’ve been scammed

Do not buy ! I got this thinking it was a solid deal for the price to performance. I knew as a pre build the quality wasn’t going to be fully there , and I was okay with that . Skytech Claims they only use name brands for their prebuilds . Well that holds up for the gpu, cpu, and ram . The mother board is some cheap manufacturer version. There’s no branding on it . The PSU is a brand I’ve never heard of. When I looked it up online the reviews on the quality were horrible . I don’t expect an amazing PSU at this price point but something reliable would be nice . The ram was not the same speed it was advertised. Item description says 6000mhz and it was 4200mhz when checking BIOS. The pc fans are some random no reputation brand . That said , at the price point I could oversea all that. what I could not was how loud the fans are and the temps. The fans were so loud the sound bleed through my headphones . They would spin so badly causing occasional shakes of the case . On top of that the system ran extremely hot for having a 360mm AIO and the case fans. Goes to show the poor quality of the fans . I ended up returning the pc the next day after purchase. It could have been I got a bad unit who knows .

Had some issues in the very beginning with bad graphics card but talking to their support fixed me up super fast and is running perfectly! I think it was just a bad mix but I would still recommend this PC

This thing is a piece of junk. Fans won't run. Internet bounces back and forth from slightly decent speed to less than 1 Mbps, with the wifi antennas 5 feet from the router, and everything else on the network getting gig speeds. The RGB lights quit responding to the remote and won't turn off. Of course I was 1 day past 15 days, so Best Buy won't take it back. The company's product registration page doesn't work. Waiting on a support response now, should be fun.

Great computer for a good price. My only qualm is that it is incredible bulky.

I havent purchased a desktop in 15+ years, so i was surprised how big the case was. Way bigger than anything ive had in the past. Performance is amazing though. No problems with any games on highest settings at 4k.

Pc benchmarked really well straight out of the box with no tuning done. My only issue has been with the fans not being recognized on SignalRGB. I want to be able to control the fans and rgb’s from one software but it isn’t recognizing it. You can control them with the remote provided but i want to do it with software. I ordered a Nollie32 to try out to hopefully resolve my issue. Other than that, i would recommend to anyone not wanting to build their own. My system came with a Gigabyte b650M c v3 and a PowerColor 9070XT.

This computer system works, it works wonderfully, I've not had any issue with it so far, and it been one of my best purchases in years. Does complex work and fun games easily. Just remember to plug into the right ports when using it.

It runs all the game I wanna run. No issues, although it's still new, so who knows.

Seems to be everything it said it was. Very fast, pretty and performs everything asked of it.

This PC was easy to set up and fast, Using the AMD software makes it a lot easier to adjust FPS and overclock/underclock.

Amazing purchase, runs smoothly. My first PC and very amazed.
