This PC has been excellent so far. It runs modern games smoothly on high settings with no lag, and multitasking is fast thanks to the Ryzen 7 and 32GB of memory. The 1TB NVMe SSD makes boot times and loading screens very quick. The case looks clean and premium, and airflow has been solid during long gaming sessions. Setup was easy right out of the box. Overall, this is a very powerful and reliable gaming desktop that feels well worth the money.

The parts that I got in my pc were not the same parts that were in the display pc. The psu was very cheap and didn’t have a rating on it which is very suspicious. The Psu isn’t modular and all the cables were left in a clumped mess in the back of the pc. The motherboard was a micro atx motherboard even though the case is big, there were only 2 m.2 slots. Motherboard and gpu cables were super glued together making upgrades impossible. The fans are extremely loud even after tuning fan curves in the bios. They’re very loud even when idle. I contacted SkyTech to get a parts list and the parts I got weren’t even the same parts on the list. I wouldn’t recommend this pc. I ended up returning this pc and building a much better one myself instead for the same price.

For what it is, it's great. I had no issues with packaging, set up, or anything else. My only real criticism is that we are reaching a point where a singular terabyte of storage just simply isn't that much anymore. Even if it *is* an NVME, which means it is fast storage, the quantity just isn't much. You may want to buy your own SSD's or hard drives to add to it.

This PC delivers excellent performance, running almost any game or software smoothly at high FPS. The included keyboard and mouse are a nice bonus.

I got a computer that was built in July that already has glue on its motherboard as of purchase in November? Experts say it can be good or bad to the health of the computer, but it’s weird that my brand new pc needs components to be glued together being 3-5 months old. Tried to open a support ticket (given 1-2 business days response window upon confirmation of the ticket submission) and heard on day 3.5 with no apologies for the delay that I needed to check what was connected where. My research online had already told me enough to unplug all unnecessary usb devices to run in safe mode. AMD Graphics card could not be updated and software was unresponsive leading to a black screen and “brand new” pc unable to run BIOS. All signs point to a failed graphics card. I will be returning this obviously defective product. I should have done my research more and stuck with NVIDIA, but I trusted Skytech based on my wonderful Archangel model. The slip they include says things like it has been tested 7/12/25 “to ensure that it will perform as well as we would want our own machines to” and in no way can I see anyone wanting to have this experience day 1 with their gaming PC. When it did run it definitely downloaded games in record time, but it played them like a stop motion film I could feel it clunking along. Had it worked, I’m sure I would have received my money’s worth but this experience has left a rotten taste in my mouth. This is the kind of experience that tests your loyalty to companies and brands, and mine has been lacking. Yes I could have called support, if I did not have a job M-F 9-5 at the same time as support hours if I wanted it to be urgent. Yes I could have waited to write a review to see if this can be fixed first. At the same time I invested a good amount of money for something that should work day 1 out of the box with minimal download, not 7-10 hours of research/troubleshooting while waiting for support to come through.

It’s also great for multitasking, streaming, and productivity work. The O11-style case looks clean and premium, and the system feels powerful for the price compared to building a similar setup yourself. Setup was easy, and everything worked immediately. A few minor downsides: fans can get a bit loud under heavy load, and component brands (like PSU or motherboard) may vary, which could matter to more advanced users. Still, performance has been solid and stable overall. A strong prebuilt gaming PC with great specs, excellent performance, and good value. Ideal if you want a powerful system without the hassle of building one yourself.

The model number i got was not the same as whats listed. The computer I received looks nothing like what i was expecting. The motherboard is not the same. When i look up the motherboard in the setting it says its the one in the picture however IT IS NOT the same motherboard. I feel as though I’ve been scammed

Great performance especially at 1440p. The fans get a bit loud, but I read online that there is a way to quiet them.

This is an amazing build. I got it for $1.5k when it was on a discount and prior to the price surge. It was packed in a nice cardbiaybox with foam surrounding it on the inside and outside. The level of care in packaging was impeccable. Runs everything flawlessly. I tweaked the fans so that they stay quiet during long session. The wide fishtank build is something I came to appreciate a lot. I have spent countless hours just admiring how beautiful it looks. The lights on the fans is pretty amazing and you can customize them all together with SignalRGB. That's what I use to color code my build. Overall an amazing pc! Great job Skytech!

This thing is a beast and weights about 50 pounds. So far it has worked beautifully. There was an issue with Windows on my initial start up but for whatever reason after a couple of tries it fired up with no further issues. It is running all my newest games at their highest possible performance beautifully. It is also nice and quiet and the LED's are pretty cool looking. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

Seems to be everything it said it was. Very fast, pretty and performs everything asked of it.

Runs fantastic, I am able to play all of my games no problem without having to lower any settings. (WoW, BG3, FFX!V, etc.) The color settings for the RGB can be finicky af, but that is fine once you get them figured out.

Had some issues in the very beginning with bad graphics card but talking to their support fixed me up super fast and is running perfectly! I think it was just a bad mix but I would still recommend this PC

I havent purchased a desktop in 15+ years, so i was surprised how big the case was. Way bigger than anything ive had in the past. Performance is amazing though. No problems with any games on highest settings at 4k.

This thing is a piece of junk. Fans won't run. Internet bounces back and forth from slightly decent speed to less than 1 Mbps, with the wifi antennas 5 feet from the router, and everything else on the network getting gig speeds. The RGB lights quit responding to the remote and won't turn off. Of course I was 1 day past 15 days, so Best Buy won't take it back. The company's product registration page doesn't work. Waiting on a support response now, should be fun.

Great computer for a good price. My only qualm is that it is incredible bulky.
