I am impressed by how this computer is built. The person who built it did a great job with cable management. The fans are pretty optimal to cool everything. It does create a negative pressure inside the case. Some parts aren't listed on the specs because each pre-built get whatever parts they have on hand. That being said, here are some of the parts that I got: - Thermaltake H200 TG RGB ATX Mid Tower Chassis - ASRock B550M/ac Motherboard - Ryzen 7 3700x - MSI RTX 3060 Ti TWIN FAN OC - 2 x OLOy DDR4 RAM 8GB 2666 MHz (not 3000 MHz as advertised) - Thermaltake 600w 80plus gold - AIO liquid cooler with Skytech logo - 3 fans (2 RGB fan with skytech logo and one stock fan from the Case) - Tri-Color LED Silent Gaming Keyboard & Mouse All in all, I am satisfied with how much I paid for this PC. I probably would spend more or less if I had built myself depending if I went for cheaper or more higher end parts. This pre-built gave me a lot of insight and knowledge on to how build a PC when I decide to in the future.

My experience with this product was the same as other reviewers, by which I mean that I got the exact same system that Bobb listed, and the water cooler did have some minor scratches like others mentioned. Despite this, I still am happy with my purchase. The parts as listed by Bobb's review (which were the same as mine): - Thermaltake H200 TG RGB ATX Mid Tower Chassis - ASRock B550M/ac Motherboard - Ryzen 7 3700x - MSI RTX 3060 Ti TWIN FAN OC (I was happy to receive an MSI card since the brand can vary) - 2 x OLOy DDR4 RAM 8GB 2666 MHz - Thermaltake 600w 80plus gold - AIO liquid cooler with Skytech logo - 3 fans (2 RGB fans with Skytech logo and one stock fan from the Case) - Tri-Color LED Silent Gaming Keyboard & Mouse (The keyboard is ok, but the mouse was uncomfortable and awkwardly shaped, I didn't plan to use them anyhow as I already have Razer peripherals) I also had to go into the Bios and change the RAM speed to 3000 MHz. I feel they should do this before shipping however for those that won't realize this. It's a fairly simple process, however. You will also need to go into the Bios to change the color of the water cooler, whereas the case and fans can be changed with a button on the top of the case. As for performance, this system is great for gaming so long as your not trying to run the most cutting-edge graphical games. It easily keeps over 100 FPS in PUBG on the highest graphics for example. I mostly play MMORPG's which this system is more than capable of keeping 144 FPS almost the entire time I play. As for price, it's a decent deal. You could build your own system a little cheaper but I feel the quality you get justifies the "build fee". As I am a very busy person and would rather spend my time doing other things, I don't mind paying extra for a pre-built, especially when it looks this nice and performs well.

Been running amazing every since Christmas of 2023 we even upgraded the ram.

Worked for 9 months. Sending to Geek Squad and will see if they charge me to fix it while its under warranty. Person i chatted with said they might charge me even though im under warranty. Will update this after fix and how they handle it. Cpu no longer lights up so im guessing thats what died.

I bought this as my 1st gaming pc i took alot to save this type of money when your a grown up with 2kids. So i opened it saw it was broken from the front i took it out the box and i was gonna put the plug and i see its dented. Called bestbuy they said they cant do nothing but to replace it i ask for expidite and the couldnt do that for me its a big purchase not just that i try to turn on and nothing now im here still waitting for new One

PC case came with heavy scratch on the side. Haven't tries to turn it on yet.

Nice machine nice and fast. No watercooling or optical out like in picture. This is what came in mine: Motherboard - ASRock B550M-C CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 ghz Mouse - MSI Clutch GM08 Keyboard - MSI Vigor GK20 Case - Thermaltake H200 TG RGB NVMe M.2 - 1TB MSI M370 Memory - XPG X Factor Gammix D10 DDR4 3000MHZ (2x8) Power Supply - Thermaltake SP-600AH2NCG 600W CPU Cooler - Coolermaster Hyper 212 RGB Video - MSI Geforce RTX 3060 TI Ventus 2X OCV1 You control the case lights from a button on top of case and the cpu light and fan speed from a program on the desktop. Prepare to install alot of drivers and updates. I also flashed the newest bios.

This is my first ever PC and as of writing this review 2 years later I have t had a single problem with it and it has performed admirably

No complaints in terms of performance. However, it appears as if the liquid cooler was previously installed elsewhere and just reused. It has noticeable marks on it. The plastic peel had already been removed. Otherwise, great parts and performance.

This thing is a BEAST! I haven't had any lag or frame rate issues. I've got PLENTY of room on this baby to hold whatever games I want to play. I wouldn't mind a couple more USB3.0 ports, but that is nit picking to find something not perfect about it, so take that as you will.

Overall great setup and it could be a bit less for it but it’s great as is and has space to fit upgrades if seen fit cool glass door let’s you look inside and see all the parts and or lights

Got this pc for my son for Christmas. Awesome computer with great components definitely best value per dollar and SkyTechs lifetime support is impressive

The computer itself runs fine. But the liquid cooler looked like it had been drug along a rock patch. It was all sorts of scratched and gouged. There was no plastic cover on it to peel off. Kind of disappointed on that part. But otherwise no issues so far.

Skytech gaming is a nightmare to deal with along with the call center at best buy. Bought this pc for a Christmas gift and crashed 2 weeks later. Best buy is refusing to accept the return because its after 15 days and Skytech has no idea what they are doing . We've wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. No resolution as of yet and another couple of hours wasted on the phone . Stay away from skytech and best buy and purchase elsewhere .

Have had my PC for nearly a year now, I haven’t had any issues and I love it. I can run games like Ark very smoothly, it’s a good prebuilt starter PC for people who don’t know anything about building one like I do

I’ve had this Tower close to a year and it works perfectly! Runs fast, smooth and efficient. Would recommend as a starter.

This is the first PC I've bought. I feel like it is a great machine for a great price!

Amazing purchase. exact spec's as listed. All i did extra was add 16 more GB of ram
