poor build poor customer support and overall not what i was expecting. do yourself a fav and build it yourself this prebuild will only disappoint. the system is loud. the lighting is very lack luster. the keyboard and mouse that come with this are beyond unusable. overall very unimpressed with the selection at this bestbuy and unimpressed with the company and product.

the computer is a beast and works great. But the thing is when I got it, there was a loose screw rolling around in it. I thought maybe it was just an extra. But I was mistaken as a rattling is now being heard from it. This is very disappointing. I deducted 2 stars for poor quality control checks to this device before shipping it out.

The prebuilt was delivered a day ahead of schedule—which was great—except the computer would not display anything on screen (multiple monitors attempted) until I switched out the included graphics card with an older card from another computer. The RTX3060 graphics card by Gigabyte that came with the computer has working LED lighting but the fans and video card do not work. I am in process of attempting to make a Geek Squad appointment to figure out my options.

Haven't even owned this thing a full two months yet and it's already having issues booting up. It turns on and everything but just a black screen shows up on my monitor. In order to work around this I need to keep powering it on and off until it works... Why did I spend over $1700 on this piece of junk? More importantly why do I keep buying electronics from Best Buy? The last several big purchases I've made from Best Buy I've had to do several returns just to get a working product... It's almost as if Best Buy is selling refurbished junk as 'new'.

PC has a major overheating issue. Doesn't seem well made. Would highly advice against this specific build/company.

Did not work out of the box. Piece was disconnected. Had to return as it was not repairable.
