Best Buy requested a review of this product. This a difficult review to give for several reasons: 1. A new power cord is required and is a good idea instead of reusing an old one but since I didn't choose this particular power cord I am unaware of most of its features except that it is reasonable priced. 2. I did not install it myself. This was done by the Best Buy installers. Since I thought they did a terrific job and I watched them install the power cord along with everything else - no problems with our dryer at all, cord is plenty long enough - I will have to give it 5 stars and enthusiastic thumbs up!

Read the description carefully. This is currently being used on my Amana dryer. So far i have had no issues. Installing was easy to understand.

The power cord is of quality material, well assembled and devised with user safety of operation. The cord fits the specific dryer receptacle. It is of a good yet practical length. I have no equipment to photograph the unit.

Pretty straight forward, bought a new Maytag electric dryer to replace our old dryer that was around ten years. Wanted the comfort of having a new hookup for safety. Super easy to install and works like it supposed to.

Very happy with this part and my installer. Handyman had no problem using it. I’ve been using it on my dryer for over two years and it does the job just fine.
