I received a great help from their seles people, they found the cord at a different store in town, and had no problem picking up later in the day. As for the product, it was only a Power Cord

pretty grey power cable

It's a cable. It was connected to the dryer and plugged into the wall. The dryer works. 'nuff said.

To eliminate excessive wiring behind the appliances this can be the ideal cord in the right situation. If your outlet is farther away, obviously you will need a longer cord.

Good Cord

I found it silly that the dryer didn't come with a power cord and you needed to purchase it separately. Anyhow...it's a dryer power cord and works as expected. Cost is on the expensive side however.
