Unless you are loading dishes, taking out dishes, or the wash cycle that you have chosen has completed, you won't know its even running. But when it does, you will hear a very subtle yet effective chime that is pleasing to the ear and makes you happy to go to the washer to get your clean dishes out and put them away. I will never, ever, buy another dishwasher that doesn't have the same LG specs, ease of use, dependability, cleaning factor, whisper quite washing mode( and I have tried all the various washing combinations that this appliance has) or the back up of excellent customer service if you ever need such ... and i haven't yet... This is quiet possibly, the best dish washer you will ever need or want to own. Don't pay vastly over the moon prices for a washer that has the much over priced ACME X brand name on it. LG is on this for a reason... it makes your life better... and thus LIFE's Good. It helps you realize that through quality engineering, previous model review, Customer Input, and plain old out of the box creative thinking, there is no reason to overpay for any "CHIC" Brand X just because your neighbor who has to have "THE BEST" of everything and bought ACME X Brand for 4 times the LG Price and they didn't by an LG.. well... they overpaid and probably have a huge repair bill. I did my research.. there isn't one better ... not for this price point or any higher priced washer... I have reached.. and i didn't know what i didn't know till i learned and now i know.. Dishwasher Nirvana. This model is simply the best and I dare anyone to prove me wrong. Do the db level sound test and let's compare noise levels. Leave food caked on your dishes and ill do the same with mine.. let me know how many times you rewashed yours.. my answer is easy... and still the winner... Just 1 time. ( mic drop & walk off the stage)... (enter sound of rushing wind leaving the room) "And like that... wooossshhhhhh!!! He's Gone!!!"

I've always wanted an ice dispensing refrigerator. However, I never purchased one because I thought they needed to put a hole in my wall. Not so. This water line set was perfect! Loving my new refrigerator! The guy installed the waterline in 15 minutes.

This dishwasher is very quiet. The regular washing cycle does a good job cleaning my dishes, but the quick wash cycle was disappointing because it didn't completely dry the dishes, leaving me to dry them by hand. There can be a strange smell if the tub has any moisture left in it at all. For those reasons, I'm giving this product a four rating. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase.

It was complicated to use the install kit with power cord and the hose was the wrong size for the model! I had to go to store get another size and cost me another $20! When I took the kit back of course I had used the power cord so Best Buy SLO (Homer) blew me off!

Works with no leaks! Installed without plumber. The power cord has a sideways plug, instead of straight into the outlet, which is good if you have an outlet behind the dishwasher. We have a power strip, so we had to move the power strip from behind the dishwasher off to the side of the dishwasher to allow room for the cord/plug.

This kit helped out my hook up to my new dishwasher that we bought as an open box in store that did not have this equipment. Looks good and works great.

It first we were hesitant to add the water line/power cord kit to our purchase. But I am so glad we did. It made installation a breeze!

Easy to use and came in really handy since we were replacing an old dishwasher. Had to buy an additional coupling to mate it to our old water line, but the drain line fit right into our existing one. The power cord was easy to install and mount. Easy leveling with the front adjustment screw for the rear legs.

Cable and hose look very durable. The box included all the hardware needed to hop up my dishwasher. Came with instruction and was easy to install. If you are a visual person their are videos online that show you how to install the dishwasher. Very easy to do but if you do not feel comfortable you can ask a relative and I'm sure someone would know how to do it.

This kit came with all the necessary materials in order to install our new dishwasher. We had the necessary hook ups in place so all we had to do was switch the material out. The appliance salesman told us that we could use our previous hook up; however we decided to replace the old with a new since we were replacing dishwasher

The Smart Choice - Dishwasher Water Line and Power Cord Kit is required when you buy online and actually, if you've been using the lines for some time it's perhaps wise to replace something you take for granted is doing it's duty. Rather this than a leak behind or in the under sink cabinet.

I figured i'd buy this as insurance but not actually use it, because i'd reuse the parts that were on the existing dishwasher. Little did i know that i'd use quite a few of the parts because some of the existing parts were damaged or not applicable.

Not much to say but you have to get this if you are getting a new dishwasher. You could use your old water line and power cord, but if the water line has not been replaced for quite some time you should get a new one for peace of mind.

This set is good for the price. It's easy to install and the instructions are very easy to read. My kiddo basically put it together himself and he's only 10. Not a drip or leak, we'll made products.

Glad the salesperson included the kit. It would have been impossible to install the dishwasher without it. The machine hook-ups have changed over the years. This one is made for the new machine we purchased.

Product was recommended to me via rep. This product is supposed to last longer and is a lot more durable then the plastic counterpart. Very happy with this purchase, as it fit with my appliances perfectly.

We used this water line and cord kit with our new dishwasher. So far so good! No issues with leaks and this kit comes equipped with several fit pieces depending on the dishwasher you have.

I purchased this product solely on the suggestion of bestbuy.com. I thought I can just use the ones I already had from the previous washer. Boy was in wrong. Glad I bought this accessory.
