Great product no problems the installation guys hooked everything up

I bought both the washer and dryer stackable units. I love both products! They are stylish and perfect for small apartments or condo laundry rooms where space is tight. You do have to purchase separate cords, new washer hoses, and if you are tight on space, be advised they will not install your dryer unless you use their rigid steel dryer vent tubing which takes up a significant amount of space. I would not hesitate to recommend these Samsung units to anyone. They are great so far and super quiet. Do not recommend using Best Buy Installation services.

Pretty standard. Good quality. Probably will last the life of the dryer, all things equal.

I bought this power cord with my GE dryer almost 3 hears ago in prepartion to move into my new home. When Best Buy came and installed it their tech wraped some wires over each other. Last year my dryer was shorting out, but it stopped and I thought it was just needing a software update. Fast forward a year later, I went to swap laundry last night and my dryer was completely dead. Checked the breaker, outlet, then I removed the back power hook up to see my black HOT cable crossing over the white terminal wire and the black COMPLETELY singed off. I went to the GE website, found the manual and found they hadn’t wired it like the diagram showed. So moral of the story, Best Buy train your dang employees better. Customers, find the install instructions on your appliance and make sure the tech does it the right way from the beginning so you’re not like me. I thank God that my house didn’t catch fire and it was just needing some minor electrical repair and a new power cord.

I wish companies made the cables like a foot or two longer but i get it lots of electricity going through that cord so probably cant be any longer but worth the money to have new stuff installed with the new washer and dryer.

This is a great plug. It fit the wall outlet perfectly and conducts the electricity excellently.

Our new LG Washtower was delivered/installed yesterday. The new power cords made the electrical hookup quicker. The old Kenmore/WP machine did not have a 120v connection so the kit was a must for a local hookup by code.

I had the Best Buy installation. They hooked it up and plugged it in. It works. Not much else to say.

I was very pleased with the quality of these power cords for my washer and dryer.

Has a purpose, and it’s job is to get power to your applianc.

What can you say about an electrical cord installation? It was installed effectively and the electrons are flowing. Great job Best Buy installation team!!
