nice wire for cam , I guess ill be good in your camera

This is a great addition for the V3 Plus dash cam.

My Rexing V1P Plus 4K records randomly when the car is parked. I bought this smart hardwire kit which is supposed to turn the unit on when the vehicle is turned on and turn it off when the vehicle is turned off, which it does randomly. I end up with hours of footage of my garage. This fills the card up fast and the camera glitches out and stops recording when it’s full. I might suspect that I had the yellow and red wires switched, but it's random and does not always record while parked. It only has three wires and the black one is a ground so there aren't many ways to wire it wrong.

Never used it because the Rexing Intelligent wiring killed my battery. Switched to Thinkware F200 Pro which is great.

Problem with soft ware was the answer I was told. After second unit was installed and had same issue. Would not install parking mode. Hard wire needed. Hard wire was I installed and unit would not accept. Would like to complement all at Best Buy and installers at Geek Squad. Did there best and would highly recommend them. Went with ThinkWare.

works as advertised only problem it causes static on my radio

It sucks. I give you my business and when I need to ask questions I get an AI with voice prompts that make no sense. Someone there needs to rethink the call center. Like having human interaction

Didn't work for my V1P Pro, had to return back to Bestbuy.

Cables not long enough for proper installation which left wires exposed

was really wanting to hardwire the dashcam and went to all the trouble of getting under the dash and running the wire only to figure out at the end that the hard plastic 'fuse' won't fit in my panel because it's too thick.

Not meant for every vehicle and the kits i bought were missing fuses making it useless.

Works as described, need this in order to properly hard wired install the dash cam in your vehicle.

Got this to "fix" my constant power issues with the Rexing dash cam. Hooked up my dashcam to the USB ports in the car but it kept restarting everytime I was driving. Got this thinking it would solve the problem. Nope! The instructions were vague and it still has the restarting issue.

This device only works for 2 pronged Fuses. I have a 2021 Bronco that uses 3 prongs so this didn't work for me. Same happened for my buddy's car it's a 2021 as well.

It works as intended, i actually like it for auto on and to put the dash cams basically in sleep mode while parked at home at work or while shopping.

Good item and affordable this is fit on my rexing camera.

Too short for my car can't reach the fuse box located in the trunk. They don't offer a longer wire other than their standard wire kit. Engine bay fuse box is not an option, all fuses in there are important fuse that you don't want to mess with.

It’s good except for the small tool included can’t be used for my car

When I had originally purchased the dashcam, this kit wasn't available. It was a "free" item as apart of the packet. So I waited for it to show be delivered. Then I was alerted it was delivered and ready for pickup, but nopers. The associate tells me the wrong kit was sent, omg. So after my time being wasted I got nothing. Now, less than a year later the car adapter is starting to act up where I need to unplug and plug often. It's quite frustrating. The dash cam is perfect though.
