    Geek Squad installed my smart light switch and I love it. I can control it through my phone and it automatically turns on/off. The technician was very professional and knew what he was doing.

    We had 2 smart switches installed. After a very quick and neat installation, the technician helped us link it to our smart hub and tested it. Very patient and helpful.

    Lighting installation done with out two purchased dimmer thru salesman. Fourth scheduled security install delayed again because store did not have security equipment ready order for today.

    I’m having major challenges to get a very simple service done..installation of smart devices..the person who came to fix it had no clue how to get the installation done..now I have reached out to Best Buy customer services and Geek Squad services and every time I called it’s getting transferred from one depart to another..no end in sight...
