Always have the best experience. This time however I must say this person who did my install and troubleshoot has to be the best of all. Eric is his name and this man worked endlessly not once but at two separate installs , one on my Sound bar the other on speakers. Without a doubt one of the best techs and you Best Buy keep up the good work and hire more like Eric. Mr Reina

Sound however is underwhelming. Reminds me of driving with my am radio on in my 67 Camaro. Room filling sound they are not. I have them hooked up to a 120 watt Cambridge AVR so, power is not the issue. Another reviewer noted a complete lack of bass and thin sounding, I couldn't agree more. I can't wrap my head around all the great 5 star reviews for these.
