Pretty convenient, works well but has a distorted sound at higher volumes. For the price, its really only valuable if you need something very small and is sonos branded. If you have space for an actual receiver, get an actual receiver. The EQ can only be accessed through the mobile app. If you have multiple inputs and need to change the eq frequently, its very annoying.

I absolutely love this amp and sonos. It powers 4 8 inch in ceiling speakers with fantastic clarity. Part of that is the speakers, but overall very pleased. I only wish that you were able to select two different zones from the amp. I have 2 speakers in the kitchen and two on the lanai and both zones have to play at the same time. Definitely not ideal.

Sonos amp is a perfect addition to my entertainment system. Setup with some outside speakers. Sounds great links with Sonos system and spreads sound inside and outside house.

I’ve now purchased three Sonos amps. I’ll never go back to anything else. The ease-of-use, by combining or isolating rooms and the versatility to integrate different sounds sources makes this a terrific product. I am not a Technical Person, but within five minutes of plugging the Sonos amp in I was listening to music

This is exactly what I was looking for to control music when I'm in the backyard. The amp is inside, connected to my deck speakers. With my phone, i can set the amp to play any radio station, amazon playlist, sirius xm station, etc.. And the amp's volume can be controlled with the volume keys on my phone.

We love our Sonos amp and our home entertainment system has improved since the installation.

Very easy to configure and install via the Sonos app. This allowed us to store the components for a set of patio speakers all the way in our basement where the messy wiring is out of sight and out of mind. We love our Sonos gear, this piece included.
